Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Rosemont College and have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. Having worked in the mental health field for many years, in multiple settings, I have gained years of knowledge and perfected my listening skills. My passion for helping others and sharing the knowledge I have regarding nutrition and stresses impacts on mental health have helped me hone my approach to determining the root cause of your struggles.
