I am also neurodiversity-affirming and committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - running (slowly), walking a nature trail, or catching up with a friend over an iced coffee.
If you’re navigating a difficult season or transition, I’d be honored to support you.
