Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it!
I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.
The journey of healing begins with a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect. My worldview and core values determine my approach to therapy and engaging with you. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to therapy: I consider the art and science of healing to support the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.
I have decades of rich and varied life experiences which inform my practice. I have worked in schools with children as an educator with a great understanding of human development, I am a grass-roots level community development social worker and a mental health clinician in community behavioral health.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience working with teens and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges, break through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and create meaningful change. Through our work together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to push away or change difficult thoughts and feelings, we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with them, so they feel more manageable and less able to hold you back from living a life that feels meaningful to you.
Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
Hello, I'm Tatiana, a licensed professional counselor and a certified Gestalt therapist. I have a Master of Science degree in Psychology, a Post-Master certification in Clinical Psychology, and a certification in Gestalt therapy from the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based method for working with trauma, PTSD, and deeply ingrained patterns that stem from past experiences.
Embarking on the journey of therapy is a courageous step, and I commend you for taking it. Recognizing the complexities that come with seeking help, I aim to provide a nurturing and empowering space for your healing and growth.
I am committed to creating a space that respects and supports diverse identities and relationship experiences. My practice centers around creating an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects LGBTQ+, as well as non-monogamous and other relationship styles. Whether you’re navigating monogamous relationships, ethical non-monogamy (ENM) in all its forms—including polyamory—or questioning your relationship dynamic, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and acceptance. Your unique identities, relationship dynamics, and lived experiences matter, and I am here to support you with openness and understanding.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, panic, chronic worry, stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also work with clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. In my practice, this means we focus on both understanding what’s happening in this moment and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. CBT is a major focus of my work, meaning we identify thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles that keep anxiety, depression and low self esteem going—and actively work to change them in practical ways.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families create healthier relationships, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect and believe that each individual is beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.

I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.

Hi!
Since 1991, I have worked with individuals across outpatient and inpatient settings, in homes and schools, and now through telehealth. I have assisted people with a variety of challenges--whether related to depression, anxiety and stress, panic, obsessions and compulsions, trauma. behavioral control, self-esteem, substance use, life transition, and other issues.
I believe in "possibilities thinking", goal setting, active strategizing, and frequent accounting of progress. As a long-term therapist, therapist and program supervisor, and college psychology professor, I am well acquainted with many therapeutic approaches; however, I am somewhat partial to cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation and mindfulness, and solution-focused treatment. I am also formally EMDR-trained, which can be a very helpful tool for trauma.
There are many therapy options and providers--whomever you select, I wish you the best. Remember--it’s your life, your journey … make the most of it!
Sincerely,
Rick
