Hello! My name is Heather Richards and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My undergraduate studies were in psychology and elementary education from California University of Pennsylvania. I obtained my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. My background is in working with a wide range of individuals from ages 3 to 90 years of age with a variety of diagnosis. My passion is in working with individuals dealing with trauma or grief and loss. I am a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who feels that counseling can be a challenging yet rewarding experience.
"One step, one step."
So, this is a phrase I often say. I use it as a reminder that we will move forward, heal, achieve our goals one step, one moment at a time. If we feel or see ourselves slip back....we reset. We move forward again one step, one step.
Wellness has always been a focus in my life's work. My expertise has allowed me to work with individuals from the African Diaspora, immigrant communities, various cultures, military and those diagnosed with chronic illness. I use a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as a Client-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Mindfulness to achieve your goals and build an empowered, stronger and healthier sense of self. I believe that collaborating with you as an individual, learning your strengths, challenges, and identifying key coping skills together we move towards your best strategies for wellness.
If you are feeling worried, depressed, scared, anxious, overwhelmed by circumstances in your daily life or new to therapy we can work together to find that balance you need.
I work with adults across Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, and Florida through secure telehealth sessions, offering a warm, steady space to navigate life's big transitions — retirement, relocation, divorce, widowhood, caring for aging parents, grief, and the anxiety and relationship strains that often come with change. I especially enjoy working with people in midlife and beyond who are asking "what's next?" and want support figuring it

Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
My name is Christina Burnett and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University, University Park, PA in 2010. In 2017, I received my master’s degree in social work from the University of New England, Biddeford, ME. While obtaining my master’s degree I began my counseling career in 2015 in community mental health and substance abuse treatment assisting and advocating for adult men and women who were involved in the criminal and family court systems. After graduating from the University of New England, I obtained my LSW in April of 2018 and began my clinical supervision. In June of 2020, I passed the Pennsylvania Board of Social Work’s licensure exam and obtained my LCSW (#CW021224). In 2018 I also acquired my Level One certification in cognitive behavioral therapy from the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists. My experience in the field of mental health includes helping adult clients navigate life transitions, substance use/abuse/dependence, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and stress associated with legal/work issues. My clinical orientation is client-centered focusing on cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, empowerment, and solution-focused approaches. I am truly passionate about the counseling field and sincerely look forward to having a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with you to find solutions and relief to obtain better mental wellness.

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, trauma, and the moments when life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Together, we can make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical ways to move forward.
You can expect warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor when appropriate. I believe therapy can hold space for difficult emotions while still helping you recognize your own ability to create meaningful change.
As a therapist, I strive to provide a supportive, safe space for clients where they can become their best selves and feel validated in their experiences. I hope to help clients gain perspective on their individual situations and create a plan to achieve personal goals. I enjoy throwing in a bit of humor along the way & will meet you where you’re at!
If you're looking for a partner in your treatment who will meet you where you are and make space for the messy parts, I may be a good fit for you! We'll focus on real-life, practical applications of struggles and breakthroughs. We'll always be working toward one of your identified goals so that therapy does not feel aimless or like a waste of resources. My approach is to lead with compassion and curiosity. You'll sense my sincere care for my clients but you'll also learn that I won't shy away from tough subjects.

Hello! I am from the state of Michigan but I also have licenses in Utah and Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for 6 years. I work with people 16 and up, both online and in person. I have a passion for helping people who are struggling whether that be trying to navigate a big life change or just being the best version of yourself for you, not everyone around you.
I am a therapist who works from a modern psychoanalytic perspective. My approach is rooted in understanding—not simply telling you what to do, but helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
You may be seeking help because you feel anxious, depressed, disconnected in your relationships, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin with whatever you are experiencing, including feelings that are difficult to name or put into words.
While practical coping strategies can be helpful, our work also makes room for the deeper emotional experiences that may contribute to your struggles. Together, we can explore what you feel, how you relate to others, and why certain situations or relationships affect you as they do.
The relationship we develop is an important part of this process. How you experience closeness, trust, vulnerability, and connection—including with me—can help us understand your experiences in other relationships. There is room to talk about what feels supportive, uncomfortable, confusing, or difficult between us.
My role is to listen thoughtfully, remain curious, and help you explore your experience without imposing an answer about who you should be. The aim is not just to cope with difficult feelings, but to develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself, greater freedom in how you respond, and more choice in how you live and relate to others.

I'm someone who tries to be as down to earth as I can be. My clients know that I'm "just a dude" who is trying his best to navigate life just like everyone else, and I bring this approach with me into the counseling space. I pride myself on being humble, understanding, and compassionate, and I try my hardest to make sure that my clients know they are valued.
Because of this, I try to be as flexible as I can be in my practice. I work nearly every evening and on weekends, because I value meeting people where they are and where they need me.
I work with populations of individuals struggling with addiction, bipolar, sexual identity concerns, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and victims of trauma, among other diagnoses.
Hi, I’m Eleanor, I'm a marriage and family therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you can talk about the hard stuff, laugh a little, and feel comfortable being real. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on, challenge you when needed, and figure out how to move forward.

I received my bachelors degree from Swarthmore College, my masters degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and I completed a post graduate fellowship in psychiatry at the Yale University Psychiatric Institute. Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages struggling with a wide variety of disorders. Primarily, I help adults 18+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and alcohol use disorders. We will accomplish this utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other forms of therapy as needed.
Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Hello and welcome. I'm Jessica, and I am here to help you take the first steps toward changing your life for the better. Even though change can be difficult, we will do this together. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 20 years in the state of Pennsylvania. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling as well as a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I have over 20 years experience in working with adults, couples, teenagers, and families. My clinical interests include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger issues, bipolar disorder, stress management concerns, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, relationship problems, and trauma-related concerns.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I provide a collaborative space where we can explore life's challenges, and reconnect to a sense of purpose. I work with adults of all ages and have a special interest in supporting older adults, as well as people experiencing life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or spiritual concerns. For clients who desire it, I integrate spirituality and the Christian faith into the therapeutic process in ways that are meaningful and respectful of each person's faith. In addition to being a therapist, I am also an ordained minister who works with people of various faiths.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I am committed to providing an affirming environment for LGBTQ individuals. I recognize that navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, and faith can be complex. I strive to create a space where every person feels respected, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
My approach focuses on the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. I use emotional freedom technique and mindfulness based therapy. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
When we experience loss, unwanted change, or trauma it can shake our foundations and lead to pain, confusion, and heartache. While we can't prevent life from happening or undo what we've been through, my practice is based on a deeply held belief in the ability for all of us to heal and resume living with meaning and purpose. Recognizing where you're feeling blocked, stuck, or hurt will inform where we focus our efforts. Granting ourselves full permission to feel and express the depth of our feelings is instrumental to healing and growth.
My role is to bear witness to your experience while offering support and encouragement as you recognize and process your feelings. Through curiosity, presence, and attunement I seek to facilitate individual's getting back to living through effectively addressing, expelling, and moving past what has caused pain.
Owning how we feel without asking for permission, learning how to internally validate ourselves, and developing self regulation strategies will help when we experience intense challenges. We can learn to change our narratives and work towards unconditional self love and acceptance. Please trust yourself and your wisdom when doing healing work.

Hi, I'm Cory Ian Shafer, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Masters in Counseling. I have been practicing professionally in the counseling field since 2005 and have worked in the mental health field since 1999.
I approach therapy primarily as a Jungian-Existentialist, however, I also realize that many clients may need different approaches to achieve their success, and because of that I also incorporate an eclectic approach towards therapy in addition to my primary school of thought, therefore I can utilize many different modalities and approaches of therapy depending on the what you need in your sessions.
My specializations are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and grief counseling. I also like to write a little bit and have published a few books concerning the human condition. On the personal side of things I lead a simple and quiet life, where I enjoy reading history, science fiction and philosophy books, playing the bass guitar, listening to music, traveling and amateur astronomy.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville and 7 years of clinical practice. In addition, I bring 14 years of valuable experience working with patients in medical settings. I find it truly inspiring to support adults coping with anxiety and depression, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and empower them to become the best versions of themselves.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health and substance use field for over 18 years. I've been professionally licensed for the last 5 years, but my passion for helping people has been at the heart of my career from the beginning.
I specialize in working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or concerns, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, as well as those navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
I am a warm, compassionate person, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to support people through their most challenging moments.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with ten years of experience in individual and group counseling in settings ranging from inpatient rehab to outpatient group and individual therapy. I love what I do and consider it a privilege to work with people who are trying to be their best selves. My counseling style is rooted in compassion, authenticity, directness, and humor.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and empowered to reclaim their stories. I draw from narrative, attachment-based, and experiential approaches to support clients in understanding patterns, processing difficult experiences, and building more secure, fulfilling relationships. My style is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s resilience, identity, and capacity for growth.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore potentially uncomfortable topics. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other stressors that negatively impact your mental health. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.
Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
