Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career.
Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.
I am a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and South Carolina. I offer a non-judgment, compassionate, warm and welcoming space for you to show up as your genuine self-no masks and no perfection. My clients come from various ethnic backgrounds and they range across all ages. I treat families, couples, children, adolescents, young adults, men and women and the elderly population are also included.
I guide my clients to see the strengths and beauty in themselves and believing that they are the experts in their own lives. I help them to change their thinking of self-worthlessness, teach them how to overcome their fears, their struggles with hopelessness, anxiety, stress, depression, self-blame, and lack. My clients learn how to begin to view the world as a place of joy and comfort where they can thrive and freely participate.
Through our collaborative efforts (Therapist and Client) the majority of my clients experience their healing.

In addition to OCD, I have extensive experience working in addiction and behavioral health, supporting individuals through recovery with compassion, structure, and practical tools for sustainable progress. I also work with anxiety disorders and phobias, helping clients better understand their patterns and gradually overcome avoidance so they can live more freely.
A core part of my work focuses on self-confidence and self-image. I help clients challenge negative self-beliefs, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—giving you the skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges long after our work together ends.

these principles into my work with clients to support balance and self-awareness.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from the Kutztown University and have been practicing since 2019. I have worked in various settings, including private practice and community mental health in the Mental Health, Intensive Outpatient (group), and Drug and Alcohol Programs . My name is Karen Johnson and I am a licensed clinical social worker that has a vast array of professional and personal experience. I am a graduate of Temple University and have close to 20 years of experience working with mostly adults, but several years of working with children and adolescents early in my career.
I strongly believe, you know yourself best and would like to work with you in a collaborative fashion. I see each client as a whole person that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. I use an eclectic approach in my work using a variety of tools such as mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation and other mind and body-based techniques. You are your own expert and I can help you facilitate change and growth in your daily life.
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
Hi — I’m Kristin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in Pennsylvania, and I’m glad you’re here.
Taking the step to explore therapy can feel vulnerable, empowering, confusing, hopeful, or all of the above — and I see that in the courage it took just to read this. You deserve to feel heard, seen, and supported without judgment or pressure.
Do you feel lost on your path? Our life's journey is not always as clear as we would like it to be. We find ourselves in doubt and unsure - sometimes about work or family life or our romantic relationships. As we hurry through life fulfilling multiple roles, we can lose touch with our authentic Self and symptoms of depression may appear.
Valleys are a natural part of everyone's life but you do not need to suffer through these alone. I will be here for you, to listen and give you the safe space to figure things out. It is often in the hard times that we grow the most. I am here for you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I have several years of experience working with children and parents, manage behavioral or emotional concerns, and build healthy coping skills. In addition to my therapy work, I also serve as a case manager in a long-term acute care hospital, where I support adults and older adults facing complex medical and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and strengths-based. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a practical mindset, helping individuals explore challenges while building effective coping strategies. My work focuses on collaboration, insight, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should empower clients with tools and perspective that help them navigate stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions with greater confidence and resilience.
I’m Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’d describe my style as proactive, personable, and engaged. Therapy with me is deep and meaningful work, but I also value connection and humor. Sometimes laughter naturally shows up in session, and I see it as part of the healing process.
I have 13 years of experience in social work, including child welfare and trauma-focused work, which has shaped me into a grounded, direct therapist focused on helping clients feel supported while creating real change.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially when past experiences feel unresolved or continue to show up in the present.
I received my master’s degree in counseling in 2011 and have been working as a counselor in higher education since then. I started providing on-line counseling more than 5 years ago and got to perfect that skill over the pandemic.
I am the father of three beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted, usually content, sometimes happy, young adults and I hold my job in helping them become good humans as my most valued and important purpose in my existence. I was married to the same woman for twenty-three years, since we were but ourselves emerging adults, and understand that even with friendship, love, and respect this type of partnership has its ebbs and flows; and sometimes relationships are just completed. I understand how difficult the loss of love can be; but also understand that life can be great again after these hardships.
I believe in the ability in nature to restore the energy that we constantly give out and always urge people to be outside, to recharge themselves. I am creative and productive and will push my clients to unlock the creative potentials they inside of themselves. I love starting and finishing home improvement projects. I enjoy reading and am passionate about music although I am not musically inclined in the least. I understand that even when we are doing everything "right" and doing the things we love...life can still be difficult.
I consider pride myself on the ability to quickly form a therapeutic alliance and maintain positive relationships with my clients to enact the changes they wish to see, get through rough patches, reach goals, or just be "happyish". I am open, honest, friendly, and pretty normal. I will work closely with you to help you solve your own issues as I feel we hold the answers to our own questions.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports individuals navigating the complex, tender terrain of reproductive identity—including fertility struggles, abortion, pregnancy loss, parenthood, or the choice to be childfree—as well as broader concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and feminist lens, and I am deeply affirming of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent identities. Together, we make room for uncertainty, transformation, and the many layers of identity that can emerge in the process of living, healing, and becoming.
Hello. I look forward to working with you. My own background is one of growing up on farms, having little money and ambitious dreams. I did not know what it was but I knew I wanted to go to college and get out of the tobacco fields. My dreams came true. I ended up being a psychologist and a teacher, spending decades working in residential treatment then in schools, the last 13 years working with preschoolers and their families to prepare them to succeed in school. As a teacher, I taught many college and university courses as well as workshops, most recently to address grief and trauma. I am also an artist, a dancer and a writer and like to bring co-creativity to others.
In the early 1990's, I felt led to live and work at or near the world center of Quakers called Pendle Hill in PA. There I studied and taught Arts and Spirituality while also serving as a Psychologist in nearby schools. I came to see the importance of Co-Creativity (creating together a piece of life we truly want to live for). My specialties in the Arts have been writing, visual arts and dancing/movement from a "no wrong way" perspective. I incorporate these into the therapy process as they become beneficial.
For much of my life, I have also been engaged with my own therapeutic process. Having been the client for several years, gives me the perspective of what might be important to you as we work together, never assuming I know or forgetting to ask you.
In our sessions, I want to hear about you, find our starting points and from there develop action plans each session to work on the goals needed to find the life you dream of and are willing to work toward.
My name is Zoe Yeaton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in central Pennsylvania. I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 14 years, with the last 6 years being in a therapist role. I work with adults in need of support with managing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. I am client-centered, meaning that I want your goals to be the guiding foundation for your therapeutic journey. I use a psychodynamic approach to help you identify and explore patterns and events in your life that have an impact on your overall well-being. While holding space to process life experiences, we can utilize a toolbox of practical coping skills to help manage emotional health.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I CURRENTLY ONLY HAVE OPENINGS FOR MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS WHICH FALL BETWEEN 8:00AM- 2:00PM.
I have been working in the field as a social worker for over 20 years. My work has been with children, adolescents and adults that have faced numerous challenges whether that be mental health issues, behavioral concerns, family issues, etc. I use a client centered approach and work with the client to ensure that their treatment is individualized and addresses their presenting concerns. I use a collaborative approach with my clients in order to work towards treatment goals.

Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.

I work with parents, partners, children, siblings, and professionals who need to be heard and seen.

My style is integrative and attuned; I work to understand your experiences, build on your inherent strengths, and support meaningful, lasting change. I believe every person has the capacity to move through adversity and create a life that feels grounded, balanced, and worth living.
