Hi, I'm Wendy.
Do you find yourself wondering if your relationship is healthy? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks and have trouble remembering the last time things felt 'normal?'
Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you living your best quality of life and getting the relationships with others that you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration by combining interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma focused perspectives as needed.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with individuals in relational and traumatic crises for over fifteen years. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.
As a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience, I can serve as your guide whether you are facing chronic painful feelings such as anxiety or depression, a major life transition, or a recent or past life altering trauma. Working with me, you will learn new perspectives and skills to build a firm foundation for mental health and wellbeing. I have broad experience in mental health and addictions. I believe psychotherapy is a great deal more than "just talking." I earned my BA in Asian Languages and Civilizations at Amherst College in Massachusetts and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University. I lived in Japan for about 10 years.
I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating the ups and downs of life, meeting you wherever you are in your mental health journey and helping you build on the strengths you already have. I believe therapy can bring clarity, ease distress, uncover what truly matters to you, and support you in moving forward. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and find your way toward greater understanding, balance, and well-being.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to our work, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. My approach is calm, lighthearted, and sometimes a little quirky. If you’re a dog lover, I’d be happy to introduce you to my furry “co-therapists,” who are always eager for attention.
I have been a therapist and worked in mental health for many years. I truly love my job. I know that I cannot help every person I meet, but I am committed to offering kindness and my best efforts to do exactly that. I aim to offer clients kindness, make them feel more comfortable with even uncomfortable conversations and cheer them on as they heal on this journey.

Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.
My name is Vincent Lamont and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania). Entering therapy can be a difficult decision for most people. I am committed to gently guiding my clients toward a place of relief from emotional distress and an enhanced sense of well-being. I am here to provide a safe space, and to help you work through whatever issue or conflict is troubling you.
Hi. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania. I have a PhD in Educational Psychology and a Masters degree in Music Therapy. I also got a certification in Gestalt therapy by going to a 3 year training program. Over my career I have worked with many different populations and in many different settings. My basic approach to therapy is to use the tools and techniques that I've developed to help people become unstuck and to grow and to reach toward their full potential.
I started my career in human services at Northeast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia, PA where, over the course of 7 years, I worked as Youth Advocate for adjudicated adolescents, lead clinician for a community-based treatment team and outpatient therapist. After becoming a licensed psychotherapist in 2014, I worked as an outpatient therapist for multiple companies in the Philadelphia area where I helped clients manage or overcome symptoms related to anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and more.
My therapeutic approach is strongly rooted in humanistic psychology. As described in an article from the Association for Humanistic Psychology, this approach offers a "crucial opportunity to lead our troubled culture back to its own healthy path. More than any other therapy, Humanistic-Existential therapy models democracy. It imposes ideologies of others upon the client less than other therapeutic practices. Freedom to choose is maximized. We validate our client's human potential."
I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
Hi! I'm Cassie! I have been working in the field of mental health for more than 15 years, providing therapy for the past 6 years. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, couples and families. My intention is to always create a space that feels safe to explore concerns, stressors and problems, helping to work with you to build your skill set to manage anything life throws your way. I understand the importance of healthy connections - both in the therapy session and your every day life and will help to develop the skills to build relationships that feel supportive.
I provide more than talk therapy & integrate a clinical approach grounded in research on neuroscience and psychology. I have 21-plus years of post-licensure experience and a demonstrated history of providing comprehensive clinical expertise in addition to supervising and training other therapists as a clinical supervisor. My educational and career development opportunities were significantly enriched through clinical supervision with a psychiatrist, which provided invaluable insights into diagnostic frameworks, and effective treatment interventions. Additionally, my work alongside multidisciplinary clinical treatment teams at various psychiatric hospitals has enhanced my understanding of holistic mental health care, and deepened my skills in managing complex cases, contributing to patient assessments, and coordinating effective interventions across diverse treatment settings.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing outpatient mental health therapy to adolescents and adults. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to empower individuals to recognize their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I am Nancy Malwitz, a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am always looking for ways to help others achieve their goals for growth and resolution of problematic issues in their lives. I spent many years working as a retail manager and learned many things about human behaviors and how to resolve conflict and help mentor and teach others about many life experiences that they may have. I approach issues and concerns with directness and open-minded, outside of the box thinking in order to help those who are seeking guidance for the concerns they have about their lives. I feel that often people have the capacity to find solutions that are good for their journey and to be able to make connections that enhance those capabilities in their own lives. I am someone who can come alongside you in helping find those pathways and answers to the questions that you may have about your own life, due to the journey that I have taken in my own experiences and life lived.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, grieving, overwhelmed, or navigating a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone.
My name is Derik, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience. Over my career I've worked with individuals, adolescents, families, couples, and alternative relationship structures. I believe people are most capable of making positive changes when they feel truly understood.
I help people improve their ability to cope with life by utilizing behavioral tools that foster personal change and growth. I focus on fostering a positive, non-judgmental environment while building trust. I build positive connections with my clients- sometimes through humor and laughter, other times through empathy and compassion. I tend to be more solution focused while assisting clients on maximizing the use of self. As a therapist, the most important aspect of therapy is working together to create goals for therapy and create a path for meaningful change. Change is an element that is uncomfortable to most people, but by working together, we can establish lasting change through the use of each individuals strengths and by providing support. My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
I provide a direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping you identify what’s maintaining your distress while also building practical tools you can use in your daily life.
In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s going wrong—we’ll focus on what actually helps. This includes learning how to regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, set boundaries, and respond more intentionally rather than reactively.
I also recognize that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, while also being challenged in a way that supports real growth.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is both supportive and straightforward, and who will help you develop real, usable skills—not just insight—this may be a good fit.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel real—not overly clinical or like you have to say the “right” things.
I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and life situations that feel overwhelming or hard to manage. A lot of the people I work with feel stuck, drained, or unsure where to even start—and that’s completely okay.
I’m both supportive and direct. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help you look at patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that might be keeping you stuck. My goal isn’t just to listen—it’s to help you actually move forward.
My background includes working in high-stress environments and supporting people through complex challenges, including trauma and substance use. Because of that, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach that focuses on what actually works in real life—not just in theory.

Whether you’re an individual, couple, or family, I provide therapy that’s culturally competent, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique journey, using approaches like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Racial Trauma Therapy.
A proud Philadelphia native, I hold two graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, an Executive MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from Kutztown University. My practice is primarily focused on supporting BIPOC communities in navigating mental health, dismantling stigma, and improving access to quality care. However, I also welcome anyone seeking therapy through a culturally competent, anti-racist, queer-affirming, and inclusive lens. My approach is rooted in understanding the cultural, social, and racial dynamics that impact mental health. cAt SLAY Therapy, my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel empowered to embrace your whole self, no filters needed.
Today’s the day to SLAY: Start Loving All of You. Let’s slay together!
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
Each of us lives our story in chapters—some filled with joy, others with hardship, and many with the quiet in-betweens. As a therapist, I see my role as walking alongside people as they turn the page, helping them make meaning of the past while creating space for new beginnings. I believe we all hold the keys within us: keys to resilience, healing, growth, and self-understanding. I utilize a strength-based approach to treatment as well as incorporate various styles that suit your needs. My practice is grounded in creating a safe and supportive environment to create a healthier future while honoring the past.
I believe that true well-being is achieved through an Acceptance and Commitment towards Change. My practice, ACC LLC, takes a holistic, person-centered approach to address mental health and behavioral concerns. After over 20 years dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and groups, my goal remains simple: to empower and assist you in healing through the natural, yet often challenging, process of change.
You are not alone in this journey. Help is only a phone call away.
