Hi! My name is Carol Fritzsche. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been a mental health therapist for the past 11 years. I have 20 years experience working with children and families in the education field and in social services. My style of therapy enlists a few different approaches such as Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Processing therapy and others. I use a variety of evidence-based clinical interventions that meet your individual needs. I also am certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy to treat PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms. My experience has been treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, trauma, poor concentration and focus, parenting issues, relationship issues, codependency, domestic violence, phobias, mood issues and disorders, learning disabilities, problems related to chronic illness, grief and loss, and struggles with aging.
I think it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. I want to be a part of your journey in self-discovery and being the better version of you. In addition, you owe it to yourself to feel better. The path towards feeling better is wide enough for us to walk together. This is the therapeutic relationship. It is a key component in understanding the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are holding you back. Our relationship is collaborative and you are the best guide for me as we navigate you together.
Welcome! My name is Lauren DiDonato, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life or struggling with significant changes, I am here to help you work through these obstacles in a supportive and collaborative way.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and older adults. I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings—including inpatient and outpatient programs, schools, juvenile detention, family-based services, universities, prisons, and private practice—which has given me a deep understanding of how mental health needs evolve across the lifespan.
After seeing how limited access to care was in rural Pennsylvania, I became an early advocate for telemental health. Today, I offer both virtual and in-person counseling, giving clients the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for them.
Starting my own practice during the pandemic allowed me to create a healthier work-life balance while dedicating my full attention to providing compassionate, high-quality care. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel understood, and support you in building the tools you need to move forward with confidence and peace.

Hello! I am from the state of Michigan but I also have licenses in Utah and Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for 6 years. I work with people 16 and up, both online and in person. I have a passion for helping people who are struggling whether that be trying to navigate a big life change or just being the best version of yourself for you, not everyone around you.
I’m Dr. Zoya, a psychotherapist and counselor educator specializing in trauma, women’s mental health, and reproductive and perinatal mental health. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional weight that often comes with major life transitions. Many of my clients also carry trauma related to relational experiences, including histories of emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, or difficult family dynamics.
My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy, while also incorporating somatic strategies that support emotional regulation and mind-body healing. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered—not judged or rushed.
Whether you are trying to rebuild after a painful experience, strengthen your relationships, or reconnect with your sense of self, I will work alongside you to develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change.
While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, feel heard and work toward meaningful change.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings, including school-based behavioral health and outpatient clinics. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to support individuals and families through anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, life transitions, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, and other experiences that can make a life feel overwhelming.
I work with children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults, and I understand that therapy looks different for everyone. With children and teens, I focus on building trust and creating a space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves. I also believe in working collaboratively with parents and caregivers when appropriate, because supporting the while family can be an important part of progress. With adults, I strive to create a genuine and supportive environment where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop practical tools to move forward. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling like you need someone in your corner, you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
My approach is person centered, compassionate and collaborative. I don't believe there is a one size fits all approach for therapy. I take time to understand who you are, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to get from the experience. Together, we can identify goals that feel meaningful to you and work at a pace that feels comfortable. I want my clients to leave sessions feeling heard, understood and supported, while also gaining practical strategies they can use in their everyday lives.
My name is Brandi. I provide a relaxed environment that I was told by current clients I currently serve, and help making therapy comfortable. I am very creative in terms of interventions and talking points individualizing how I work with each client. As you will see, I specialize in multiple diagnoses and symptoms. I have been working in this field for over 20 years and tailor conversations to each individual as each client has different preferred approaches, such as wanting to be challenged as well as a softer approach; I assess each client's preference when we first meet.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and 30 years of experience across diverse settings. My preferred therapeutic approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am open-minded and respectful, believing that everyone is doing their best within their unique circumstances. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.
Here's a warm and professional summary you could use for a therapist profile or introduction:
I am an open-minded, flexible, and compassionate mental health professional who recognizes that every client is unique. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I strive to meet clients where they are and adapt my style to best support their individual needs and goals. I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood.
My professional experience includes working as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) therapist, where I supported individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I currently work as a school counselor, helping students navigate academic, social, emotional, and personal concerns.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy reading books, watching a variety of TV shows, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I love discovering new places and experiences, which helps me bring curiosity, openness, and a genuine appreciation for different perspectives into my work with clients.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.

I don't believe in a 'cookie cutter' approach to treatment as everyone is unique. I believe in meeting a person where they are at in life. I have been a practicing clinician for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings. This has allowed me to develop a unique skillset and insight into a variety of different issues an individual is experiencing.

I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie.
