Hi there, I’m Steve. I provide flexible, solution focused therapy for individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. With over a decade of experience, I support clients navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma related symptoms, and behavioral challenges. I also work with adults on issues related to emotional regulation, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. I offer specialized support for athletes seeking to enhance mental and physical performance, and for men focused on strengthening vitality, resilience, and overall, well-being. My work also includes helping clients improve executive functioning, communication skills, and overall life balance. I work with individuals and families to strengthen communication and support systems; however, I do not provide couples or marriage counseling. My practice is centered on outpatient mental health care, and I do not offer addiction specific treatment or court mandated therapeutic services.
In our first we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to counseling and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. There’s no pressure to have all the answers. Together, we’ll begin to explore what’s working, what’s feeling stuck, and start shaping a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we begin this journey together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
For over a decade I have been using CBT to help my clients with managing anger, anxiety and depression along with coping with everyday stressors. In my experience, this modality is also very effective when working with athletes of all disciplines. In addition to utilizing CBT, I believe in utilizing a person centered approach that is unique to each individual’s presenting challenges.

Dr. Steven is an amazing Therapist. His approach is exactly what I need. He gives the best solutions to things I have been dealing with. He makes me realize my own capacity. He gives me the feedback the makes the difference. He also, talks about the wholistic approach of getting the proper sleep, exercising regularly and recognizing my feelings.
