As a therapist, my work centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner worlds and work toward healing. My approach is deeply informed by both clinical training and my own life experiences, which have taught me that vulnerability is not weakness—it's the gateway to authentic connection and growth. I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for resilience and transformation. My role isn't to "fix" anyone, but to walk alongside them as they discover their own strength and wisdom.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

This space is for you, and I will honor your time in a way that feels productive and safe. My therapeutic approach includes: Integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple modalities to meet each person where they are Emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing Trauma-informed care that honors each person's unique story and timeline Mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with their bodies Strengths-based perspective that recognizes existing resources and capabilities

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring my whole self to sessions—not just my clinical knowledge, but my genuine care and curiosity about each person's experience. I've learned that sometimes the most healing thing I can offer is simply being fully present. My own journey through challenges has taught me the value of authenticity. I'm not afraid to be real with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries, creating a space where they feel permission to be real too. Even in the darkest moments, I hold hope for my clients. I also believe in the healing power of laughter and lightness—therapy doesn't always have to be heavy to be meaningful.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My authentic, real approach resonates with clients who are tired of pretending and ready to drop their masks. If you're exhausted from performing or hiding parts of yourself, and you're seeking a space where you can be genuinely seen—we'll likely work well together. I have a particular gift for supporting clients through life's in-between spaces—career changes, relationship shifts, identity evolution, or major life transitions. If you're in a period of uncertainty or transformation and need someone to help you navigate the ambiguity, I can hold that space. My trauma-informed approach and understanding of the body's role in healing makes me well-suited for clients working through past wounds. I'm patient with the non-linear nature of trauma recovery and skilled at helping you move at your own pace.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT isn't about replacing your authentic, relational approach—it's about adding tools that can deepen your work. The therapeutic relationship we prioritize remains the foundation; ACT simply offers additional pathways for clients to access their own wisdom and move toward what matters.

Motivational Interviewing

You might notice me asking open-ended questions that invite you to explore rather than yes/no answers. I'll reflect back what I hear, sometimes in slightly different words, to help you gain new perspective. When you express both desire for change and hesitation, I won't try to talk you out of your concerns—instead, we'll explore them together with curiosity. I pay attention to your language, noticing when you use words like "want," "could," "might," or "need"—these are windows into your own motivation. I'll gently invite you to say more about these moments, helping you build your own case for change rather than me building it for you.
