I believe every person has a story worth hearing and that healing can begin when we have a safe place to share it. My desire as a counselor is to walk alongside my clients with compassion, understanding, and hope. I have a special interest in trauma recovery and women’s mental health, including the impact of life experiences on emotional well-being, relationships, identity, self-esteem, and purpose. I work with those navigating anxiety and depression, addictions, sexual abuse and human trafficking recovery, parenting concerns, relationship and marriage difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a passion for working with pastors, ministry leaders, and their families. As a pastor’s daughter and pastor’s wife, along with my experience in church leadership and worship ministry, I understand the unique joys and pressures of ministry life, including the challenges of balancing service, marriage, family, and personal well-being. I provide a place where you can face the giants in your life, find healing, and move forward with hope. You don’t have to walk through this alone.

Hi, I’m Brittany, an LISW in Ohio, wife, and mom of three with a heart for supporting women through the many seasons and transitions of life. I’m especially passionate about women’s and maternal mental health and creating a space where women feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. I’m the founder of Selah Maternal Wellness, a virtual private practice where I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, life transitions, relationships, identity, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and the everyday challenges that come with carrying so many roles. While maternal mental health holds a special place in my heart, my work is not limited to motherhood. I welcome women in all stages of life who are looking for a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on meeting you where you are. I also offer Christian counseling and faith-based therapy for women who would like to incorporate their faith into their healing journey, while always honoring each client’s individual beliefs and preferences. The name Selah reflects much of what I hope to offer through this work—a moment to pause, reflect, breathe, and reconnect. As women, we can spend so much time caring for everyone and everything around us that we forget we need care, too! Beyond individual therapy, I offer local workshops and group sessions to help women and moms connect, learn, and build supportive community. I’m also currently working toward my PMH-C certification to deepen my ability to support women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether through individual therapy, faith-based support, workshops, or groups, my hope is for Selah to be a place where women can pause, feel supported, reconnect with who they are, and know they don’t have to navigate life alone.

I'm a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and find comfort in their daily lives. I insist on personalizing my interventions to suit each individual's needs. I work mostly with young adults and adults (ages 18+). I believe that most of us would benefit from therapy at most points throughout our lives. We are social beings by nature and are simply not meant to struggle alone. We are our own worst critics so it takes an outside perspective of a loved one or a professional to help us recognize the strength amid chaos.

Hi, I'm Jen, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and much of my career has been spent supporting individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments. My professional experience spans outpatient and inpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency services, emergency medicine, and child welfare. These experiences have shaped the clinician I am today. They have taught me that people are far more than the hardest thing that has ever happened to them; and that healing rarely follows a straight line. The Person Behind the Therapist: I am LatinX and the daughter of a first-generation immigrant. My culture, family, and experiences have shaped how I see the world and understand the importance of connection, community, and belonging. As a social worker, I also believe that mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum. Our relationships, culture, identity, communities, access to resources, and experiences with larger systems can all affect our well-being. I am passionate about racial, social, and economic justice, and I bring that social-work lens into my practice. I am also proud to be an LGBTQIA+ ally and am committed to creating an affirming environment where people can feel respected and safe being themselves. You don't have to leave parts of yourself at the door when you come to therapy. What I Want You to Know: You don't need the right words. You don't have to know exactly where to begin. My role isn't to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. My role is to listen, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and walk alongside you as you work toward where you want to go. You simply have to take the first step. From there, we can begin together.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families as they navigate daily experiences and life’s challenges. For more than 17 years, I have worked with adolescents, parents, and families in both individual and family sessions, focusing on substance use, mental health, and the many adversities that arise across the lifespan. I also have a strong commitment to supporting families who are caring for loved ones with dementia‑related conditions. Having personally walked through this journey, I bring a first‑hand understanding of the emotional, practical, and relational obstacles that accompany this disease. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can share their innermost feelings and be heard without judgment. I strive to help each person feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and growth. In my free time, I love spending time with my family — both the two‑legged and four‑legged members. I’ve been rescuing and advocating for animals since childhood, a passion passed down from my parents. Hi, I’m Lisa. You know that cartoon of the little dog at the kitchen table sipping coffee while the house burns around him? Is that you? Have you been saying, “This is fine, this is OK” for way too long? If you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, or overwhelming stress; if something happened to you that’s making life hurt; if you feel your house is on fire and it’s just not “fine” anymore – I am here to listen and to help. You will find in me warmth, compassion, and an ability to truly listen until you know you’ve been understood. I will also bring to you everything I have learned in 10 years of working with clients who experience trauma, depression, and anxiety. Together, we will explore where you’re coming from, set our sights on where you’d like to go, and then build a plan to get you there. We will use evidence-based practices to strengthen what’s already strong in you, heal what hurts, and create new ways to thrive. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but I’m about as frightening as a nerdy baby duck. Whatever you’ve been dealing with, we’ve got it. Together, we’ll work me out of a job. You are strong enough, you are smart enough, and my favorite moment is when my clients say, “Yeah, I think I’m good now.”

Hi, I’m Kelly. I’ve been working in mental health for over ten years, and one thing I’ve learned is that you don’t need another person talking at you like a doctor, teacher, or expert who has your life all figured out. You need someone who can meet you where you are, understand what you’re going through, and help you figure out where you want to go from there. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders, with a particular interest in Borderline Personality Disorder. I’m trained in TF-CBT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing, and I’m IFS-informed. I draw from these approaches based on what actually makes sense for you rather than forcing everyone into the same treatment model. My style is warm, direct, conversational, and human. I take the clinical side of therapy seriously, but I don’t want therapy to feel clinical. I want you to feel like you’re talking to a real person who happens to know a lot about mental health. I’m unapologetically anti-racist and deeply committed to supporting Black and Brown communities. I have extensive experience working with these communities and believe that race, culture, identity, and lived experience belong in the therapy room. I also recognize that racism, white supremacy, homophobia, transphobia, economic inequality, and immigration policy can have very real effects on our mental health. I’m gay myself and genuinely enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, family, minority stress, or just want a therapist who gets some of the context you’re coming from, you’re welcome here. Most importantly, you don’t have to show up as a “better” version of yourself. Bring the messy parts. We’ll start there.

I'm well-versed in a variety of disciplines due to what life has demanded of me for my own recovery and wellness. I have spent time as a personal trainer, mentor, musician, and professional counselor. Having both personally and professionally navigated the domains of physical, mental, and spiritual health, I'm of firm belief that a good clinician will address every aspect of person, and not reduce them to a collection of symptoms or confine them to a label. It's my conviction that you can't teach what you don't know, so I've taken great care to prove to myself that my clinical expertise and training is validated by the road I've walked before I entered the field. My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist. I help clients identify and pursue the goals that lead to a life filled with meaning, pride, and contentment. Now, you may be wondering: “What exactly is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)?” Simply put, it means I integrate elements of theater and creative expression into the therapeutic process. With me, you have options. You might choose a traditional talk-therapy session to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Or, if words don’t feel like enough, you might try something more experiential—writing, movement, role-play, or even reimagining and practicing conversations that keep replaying in your mind. Talk therapy is a powerful tool for growth, but sometimes it takes more than words to truly process what’s happening inside. That’s where creativity can open new doors. Whether through conversation, movement, sound, or artistic expression, I provide a space where you can choose what feels most healing and helpful. I would be honored to support you—whether that’s working toward personal goals, processing difficult emotions, or making positive and lasting changes in your life.

During this time I saw a small caseload of adult clients until 2024 before transitioning to working as a community based therapist providing care to youth with problematic sexual behaviors. In 2025 I started to build up my caseload of EMDR clients and transitioned to office based work. I am extremely passionate about my work with EMDR and will nerd out when given the opportunity to share it. I take a holistic approach when working with clients and try to bring in body based and ego state techniques as well. I like to help make my clients feel that we are on equal footing (because P.S. I am also human) and recognize that they are the expert in their life and know themselves best. I do my best to be as transparent as possible without crossing boundaries. It is my priority when working with clients is to support them in a way that helps them feel comfortable and safe to explore themselves and achieve their goals.

Hi! I’m Shannon, a therapist and fellow mom who specializes in women’s and maternal mental health. I support women navigating pregnancy, infertility, postpartum anxiety and depression, identity shifts, and the mental load of motherhood. You can love your baby deeply and still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself and that doesn’t make you a bad mom. Alongside my work in maternal mental health, I also support women navigating life changes and transitions that shape who they are. This may include relationship changes or breakups, healing from trauma, anxiety about the future, depression, or rediscovering yourself during times when you feel lost or disconnected. My work focuses on helping women slow down, reconnect with their nervous system, and become more in tune with their bodies so they can feel more grounded, confident, and whole.

Hi, I’m Jessica Vargas LCSW, LISW and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can become overwhelming, whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, major life changes, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I work collaboratively with each client to understand what is happening beneath the surface while developing realistic tools and strategies that can create meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, goals, and strengths are unique, and our work together should reflect that. I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, stress, or other challenges that are making it difficult to feel like themselves. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and work toward a healthier connection. As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself—even when things feel messy or difficult. My goal isn’t simply to help you get through a challenging moment, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to cope, and develop skills that continue to serve you beyond therapy. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take that first step.
