What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session with me, we will talk about your challenges as well as formulate goals you will like to achieve in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having a holistic view of mental health and well-being, I encourage my clients to explore their authentic selves, embrace their uniqueness, and pursue personal growth in a more liberated and free-spirited manner.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their distress. I work collaboratively with my clients to challenge and reframe irrational beliefs, develop healthier coping strategies, and set achievable goals. Empowering my clients to actively participate in their own healing process and build lasting skills to manage challenging situations.

Strength-Based

Using strength-based therapy, I focus on identifying and utilizing my client's strengths, resources, and abilities to promote healing and personal growth. I empower my clients by highlighting their positive qualities and helping them leverage these strengths to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This fosters a sense of self-efficacy and resilience in my clients, ultimately promoting a more positive and empowering therapeutic process.

Psychoanalytic

I help my clients explore their unconscious processes, childhood experiences, and defense mechanisms to gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors using techniques like free association, dream analysis, and transference to help clients understand and resolve inner conflicts. The ultimate goal is to uncover and process deep-seated emotions and patterns.
