New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about walking alongside you on your healing journey—supporting you as you work toward symptom relief, emotional balance, greater self-acceptance, and more fulfilling relationships. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been honored to work as a therapist for 13 years. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, with the goal of helping you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you—what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been going through, and what you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll explore what feels most important to you and begin identifying the best ways to support your growth and healing.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my warm, empathic presence and my ability to help clients feel at ease. I approach therapy as a collaborative and compassionate space where you can safely explore what’s holding you back and begin to heal. With over 13 years of experience, I continue to feel deeply inspired by the courage and growth I witness in my clients. It’s incredibly meaningful to walk alongside people as they move from self-criticism toward self-acceptance, or from anxiety toward a greater sense of calm and confidence. Over time, many of my clients find themselves feeling more grounded, more connected to who they are, and better equipped with tools to manage life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.
Many of my clients come to me after struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, fears, grief, or major life transitions. Often, they’re seeking more than just symptom relief—they want to understand themselves on a deeper level. Together, we explore the beliefs and patterns that may have started long ago and continue to shape how they think, feel, and relate to others today. My goal is to help them build awareness, healing, and lasting change from the inside out.
In my practice, I incorporate Schema Therapy to help clients identify and understand long-standing beliefs and patterns that developed early in life and continue to influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Through this approach, I guide clients in recognizing these patterns with compassion, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
ChatGPT said: In my practice, I use Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help clients build greater awareness of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I incorporate mindfulness breathing techniques to promote calm during moments of stress and anxiety, and I guide clients in learning to observe their thoughts rather than engage or react to them. This approach helps clients develop a sense of presence, self-compassion, and emotional regulation in their daily lives.
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to their emotional distress. Together, we work on reframing these thoughts into more balanced and realistic perspectives while developing practical coping strategies. This approach empowers clients to better manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles by changing the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
n my practice, I use grief therapy to help clients process and make meaning of their loss in a supportive and compassionate environment. I encourage clients to explore the full range of emotions connected to their grief while honoring their unique relationship with the person or experience they’ve lost. Together, we work toward integrating the loss into their lives in a way that fosters healing, self-compassion, and renewed connection to life.
