I am a clinical counselor with over a decade of experience, licensed in Ohio, with a variety of mental health conditions. My specialties include anxiety, depression, parenting, transitions and trauma. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient/hospitalization to outpatient services and have supported them throughout whatever struggles they are facing. I am a down to earth counselor who connects with clients on a personal level. I believe therapy is about building strong relationships and connecting with someone who can help you become a better version of yourself. I use my training in trauma and CBT to assist clients with their symptoms.
