Hi, I'm Melissa, and I’m deeply passionate about helping those who serve and those who are facing unique challenges. I understand the toll that trauma, high-stress environments, and coping with loss can take, especially for first responders, veterans, and those struggling with addiction. If you’re feeling isolated, dealing with the weight of unresolved trauma, or navigating the pull of gambling or substance use, I want you to know you’re not alone. My goal is to offer you a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, no matter where you are on your journey. In our work together, I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring them to meet your unique needs. My approach is person-centered, focused on helping you understand your experiences and empowering you to build healthier coping mechanisms and resilience. Throughout sessions, you can expect to gain new insights, manage stress, and develop skills to overcome personal obstacles. My goal is to help you rediscover balance, purpose, and a renewed sense of hope. Whether you're seeking a partner in healing or a fresh start, I'm here to support you in reaching your goals.
