"Don't just see the healing be the healing you need". Clients enjoy the solution focus approach in my session as I teach multiple techniques to try in session and at home. Most of my clients have stayed with me on average for 1.5 years because I allow them to feel validated and yet uncomfortable at times for them to be able to GROW.
My greatest strengths are empathy and creativity which combined help the client feel unique but not alone.
Adults with Depression and/or Anxiety Adults wanting to GROW their SELF LOVE to increase their boundaries, self-esteem, and confidence. Adults who may or may not be Christian and want to use scripture in session or not. Adults who may or may not be Business Owners/ Entrepreneurs.

Psychoanalytical questioning. Engage people with their five senses to create retention for the irrational belief not to return.
