New to Grow
With 15 years of experience in the field of social work and a decade as a practicing therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal and grow through evidence-based, compassionate care.I focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, and couples therapy. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. Whether you're navigating past trauma, struggling with addiction, or working to strengthen your relationships, I provide a safe and supportive space to move toward lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together over time.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set meaningful goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or achieving another personal objective. I'm here to provide the support and tools you need to move closer to your desired outcomes.
EMDR
I’m an EMDR-trained therapist who works with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients with trauma histories, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression. I focus on building practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships.
