Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory designation (LISW-S) based in Ohio. I received my Masters Degree from Youngstown State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio, and I help adults who are ready to do meaningful work around healing, growth, and connection. My clinical style is warm, direct, and grounded in mutual respect. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—every client brings a unique story, and I’m here to help you make sense of yours in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
I work with people navigating the in-between spaces of life: the moments where things feel uncertain, stuck, or disconnected. That might look like struggling in a relationship, feeling the emotional weight of caregiving or parenting, sitting with unresolved family dynamics, or just trying to hold everything together while quietly burning out. Many of my clients are high-functioning and insightful, but still find themselves repeating old patterns or questioning their sense of self.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT with deeper relational and existential work to help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention. Whether we’re exploring identity, navigating grief, or rebuilding emotional safety in relationships, I bring presence, perspective, and a sense of partnership into the room.

I have been a therapist since 2000 and licensed since 2008. I work with both children, adolescents, and adults, as well as older adults. I use an eclectic style that includes a psychodymamic approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, self-empowerment techniques, meditation and mindfulness. My sense of humor and relaxed, informal manner can help you feel safe and comfortable. I like to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and positive visualization. With young to middle adults, we may address personal and career goals, job stress, and relationships, with older adults, transitioning from the workforce to retirement and managing grief

I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

Hi there! I've been working and assisting clients for 18 years. That's a lot of anguish, sadness, hurt and anxiety I have helped people face and move forward into a world they want to live. The hope is that they are then able to realize, accept and take initiative to define and live out the life to which they aspire.

Let me help you find happiness!
Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor based in Ohio. I graduated from the University of Toledo with a master’s degree in Social Work. I have been providing therapy services for the past 14 years, 7 of those years in hospital psychiatric care. I have also provided therapy services to teens in treatment foster care and adults in community mental health agencies. I tend to treat adults who are struggling with trauma, life transitions, family/ relationship distress and overall day to day functioning.
I am licensed in Ohio with over 8 years of professional work experience. In my experience working with wonderful clients I am truly amazed by the desire clients have to grow through barriers and break through to better levels. Whether the client is an individual or a couple, whether dealing with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression, I have learned that humans want a better life and will work to get there. This brings such respect, sensitivity, and compassion to each person as your journey is like no other. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I will do my all to assist with you taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I do work with clients here in a talking/coaching style.
I am a certified life coach as well and I will use my skills to assist you in any way, however, behind every conversation and response is a clinical therapeutic heartful approach.
