You can come back from anything no matter how bad you think the situation is. It is all about your mindset. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success. The power of change rest in your desire to want change. I believe that people have the power to change their circumstances within themselves by changing their thought pattern first. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
As a strengths-based and culturally sensitive therapist, I empower individuals to overcome life’s obstacles through collaboration and evidence-based skill-building. Together, we’ll work on building the tools and confidence you need to overcome challenges and create a life that feels more aligned with your values. I am committed to meeting every client where they are, using a foundation of empathy and validation to support them in building more fulfilling, purpose-driven lives.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, mood concerns, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware people who understand what they *should* be doing but still find themselves struggling to change patterns that aren't working for them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should give you a safe place to be heard and understood, while also helping you gain new perspectives and develop tools you can actually use in your everyday life. Sometimes you need space to process; other times, you need someone who can gently challenge you or help you see something differently. I believe there is room for both. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build the skills and confidence to move toward the life you want. I hope to meet you soon!
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I believe that working together in a safe, non-judgmental environment can create space for the healing you deserve.
In my early career I worked with Child Protective Services to support the reunification of children with their biological parents. I then moved to North Carolina to continue work with keeping families together that had suffered trauma and/or behavioral issues. From there, I worked as an individual therapist working with teenagers and adults. During that time, I led groups that focused on education for women who experienced anxiety on a daily basis. Prior to the Grow Therapy platform, I worked to support adults in crisis who needed immediate psychiatric support.

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. We can't change difficult situations of the past, but we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
