Hi, I'm Victoria, I've been honing my specialties for 30 years. I specialize in releasing trauma and old beliefs, rewiring mental habits to result in improved confidence, self esteem, clarity to follow dreams and goals. Since training in the bilateral therapies (EMDR, A.R.T., and Brainspotting) I've witnessed healing on a whole new level. Changing beliefs, thoughts and feelings that have been lifelong takes more than talking about, in my opinion. It requires change in the deep sub conscious, a place easily entered and "edited" utilizing these therapies, works much better and faster than only talking. This is my experience, and the reason why I specialize in these deeper, more sub conscious therapies. In addition, there are times when people prefer to talk, gaining much needed insight (light bulb moments) and releasing thoughts they don't feel comfortable sharing with others. Or, you need to problem solve, work through something cognitively. I practice other therapies that utilize talking as a main modality, too. The main priority is that you're comfortable. We will explore and find just that right fit, regarding modalities that work and also feel in sync with your needs.

Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
I am a therapist who enjoys building a relationship with my clients by finding how to best understand each other. We may not share a background, but practicing curiosity from a position of genuine interest helps me better understand the people around me and form rapid connections. I believe knowledge and language have power so that the way we think and the information we use to think help us view what we think as changeable and adjust it to be more helpful.
Hey there, and congrats on taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life! 🎉
I'm so glad you're here — and I can’t wait to walk alongside you as you work toward your wellness goals.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, and Nevada, and I also hold a Clinical Supervisor Endorsement through the National Association of Addiction Professionals. Originally a Jersey girl, I earned my BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. I started out as a middle school teacher — yep, brave soul! — but after five years, I felt called to support people in a deeper way and help them navigate life’s more personal challenges.
That path led me to the University of Georgia (go DAWGS!), where I earned my Master’s in Social Work, and I’ve been in the field for over a decade now. My specialty? Helping amazing humans heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, overcome substance use struggles, and tackle life transitions with confidence and compassion.
I believe real change happens when you feel seen, supported, and empowered — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide in every session.
Let’s uncover your strengths, rewrite your story, and build a life you genuinely love. 💛
Ready when you are!

Hi, I’m Ashley — a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addiction specialist, trauma-focused therapist, anxiety/overthinking specialist, and proud dog mom to a pup named Chaos (because yes, life really is on-theme).
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, burnt out, or exhausted from repeating the same patterns — even the ones they swear they’re done with — and not knowing how to break out of them. Many of my clients care deeply, think constantly, and carry more than their fair share.
Whether you’re dealing with trauma, panic spirals, people-pleasing, emotional shutdowns, recovery challenges, family stress, or a brain that refuses to “just calm down,” you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
My style is warm, direct, and practical. I’m a real person in the room — steady, supportive, and honest — and I’m not afraid to use gentle humor when it helps take the edge off. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, confusing, or like talking to a silent statue. You’ll get someone who listens deeply, explains the why behind your patterns, challenges you when you’re ready, and celebrates even the tiny wins you’re convinced “aren’t a big deal.”

My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.

I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.
I’m Joshua Robinson, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, life transition, and family challenges.
