I’m Melissa Turner, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping you navigate the emotions and challenges of life. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, communication struggles, relationship issues, parenting, or transitions, our sessions will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to heal and grow.

I use a combination of modalities and offer video, in person, and outdoor sessions. I have a big focus on self care and giving ourselves grace.
First session
During our first session, we will get to know each other and build some rapport and credibility. We will then discuss what types of ways you learn best and then jump into what prompted you to reach out for therapy.
Strengths
I am a great listener and provide a safe and non-judgmental space. I believe in meeting people where they are. I view vulnerability of others as an honor to witness and I treat it that way.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with people in life transitions. I like working with teens and children that are struggling in different areas of their lives. I like when clients are open to trying new things, motivated to make changes, and eager to grow.

I help clients focus on how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all related.
