(he/him)
My name is Dr. Brandon Lowe and I'm a licensed mental health and addictions therapist. I have a doctoral degree (2024) in Christian counseling and a master's degree in Rehabilition and Mental Health counseling (2013). I've been in the counseling field since 2006. I've worked myself up from a behavioral health specialist to doctoral status within my 19 years in the behavioral health field. Over the years, not only did I acquire higher education but most importantly experience.
During my first session I love to build rapport. I never expect individuals to open up to clinicians that they are not comfortable with. I have a big personality, and I love to use it. I want my clients to feel safe with talking with me.
I use a multifaceted approach to my therapeutic practices. I don't believe one therapeutic approach works best for all individuals. I'm a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist, meaning it doesn't take me a long time to adapt and use the appropriate therapeutic method that may work best for each individual situation.
I've spent nearly two decades of serving individuals with different needs and challenges. My ideal client is the client that is open to change and being able to view their situation from a different perspective. I just ask that my client at least attempt to meet me halfway, we can travel the remaining distance together.

I was skeptical about Dr. Lowe because of a past counselor ( marriage counselor ) who used my situation against me in my marriage and was involved in my marriage and family to his benefit which came out in divorce court. With that being said, Dr. Lowe had me to recognize where I'm at now and the determination it took, which I didn't look at the way Dr. Lowe describe. Dr. Lowe also gave me some direction on how to navigate through life better.
