I most often support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I understand that addiction is often a response to deep emotional pain, frequently connected to unresolved trauma, and I approach this work with genuine compassion and respect for the complexity of each person’s story. As a therapist, I’m friendly, dependable, compassionate, and easy to connect with, and I’m deeply invested in creating a space where you can feel supported and at ease. My focus is on helping you reconnect with a sense of internal safety, build meaningful self awareness, and develop a more caring and grounded relationship with yourself. I aim to create an environment that feels steady, encouraging, and even a little bit light when it’s helpful, one where healing, resilience, and alignment can grow. Ultimately, my goal is to help you strengthen your capacity to live with authenticity, clarity, and emotional freedom.

Minds are designed for thinking and it is human nature to make connections with others. I am dedicated to helping a client slow down to contemplate, explore, and become self-aware of their own needs, personal well-being, interests, strengths and how to relate to others. I will help clients create spaces and opportunities to practice emotional regulation, explore difficult situations, provide therapy for previous history of trauma and loss, and begin or continue a healing journey.
Hi, I’m Craig Hales, a compassionate and energetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to guiding you through life’s toughest moments with empathy, insight and hope. I blend evidence-based tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness with a personalized touch that will help you find real-world and straight forward solutions, resulting in lasting change. My formal education and vast civilian and military experiences have made me able to be diverse, relatable and effective at walking with you through your darkest valleys.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family stress, parenting, and major life transitions. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and want you to feel comfortable being fully yourself, without having to filter or have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
On the outside, it may look like you're managing everything. On the inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or surrounded by people but still feel completely alone. If you're reading this and thinking, "This sounds like me," you're exactly who I hoped to reach.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While those experiences may bring you to therapy, I believe our struggles don't happen in isolation. They often develop within the context of our relationships, experiences, and the roles we've learned to play. Together, we'll become curious about those patterns, question the expectations you've learned to carry, and decide which roles still fit the life you're trying to build and which you've outgrown.
Therapy can be a place to set some of that weight down and reconnect with yourself. It can be life changing to give yourself permission not to fit neatly into predefined boxes.

Hello my name is Jasmine Reese. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Grief Counselor with over five years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. My background includes extensive work in crisis stabilization, domestic violence, sexual assault, and conducting comprehensive clinical assessments. I bring both expertise and compassion to my practice, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing.
Having been through a lot in my teenage years into adulthood, where I learned self-confidence, I have found that if I had someone to help me work through issues of stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and many other life factors I would have been successful sooner.
I have experience in diverse cultures where I have found I learn just as much from the people around me as they learn from me. Having an open mind and listening to my clients helps me to relate and understand them and develop a treatment plan or plan of action with them that makes them feel comfortable.
I have an extensive history helping individuals understand their career path, educational needs, and learning life skills. I have a passion for mental health because of the family history with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, and substance abuse, and it drives me to want to help others.
I believe it is important to empower individuals, couples, and families towards a sense of normalcy and autonomy, and developing skills to meet the goals they have for their lives. Taking a holistic approach to counseling I take into consideration the whole person and stive to build a good working relationship with each client to better understand them, helping them feel at ease at a time that may feel stressful and awkward, and helping them navigate life's challenges.
In my free time I like to go to the beach, take a walk in nature, and enjoy spending time with my children and 2 dogs. I also enjoy learning, reading, and going to amusement parks when time allows.
I have been an LCMHC for 14 years. I treat adults, with depression, Bipolar, Women's issues, and adults who are trauma survivors. I am licensed in the state of North Carolina, therefore I can only see clients who reside in North Carolina.
I want to assist clients who have developed coping skills (for whatever reason) that are not currently serving them to develop more productive ones; Additionally, to strengthen your relationships, your boundaries, and increase your personal effectiveness.
I believe that in order for counseling to be successful we must work equally as a team with forming goals, implementing interventions, and assessing progress. In my view, to make sense of overwhelming issues it is best to break them down. Feelings and thoughts affect our behaviors and how we make sense of the world. Therefore, we must address the impact those feelings and thoughts are having on our symptoms and actions. While also diving into the root of those thoughts and feelings.

These times are urgent. Let us slow down.” ― Bayo Akomolafe
Let's take things one breath at a time, slowing down instead of rushing through the hard parts. I don’t believe in fixing or solving everything all at once in the hopes it does not reoccur. Instead, I offer space for curiosity, vulnerability, and connection, because that’s often where healing begins. Together we’ll practice being with your experiences, not just getting past them.
I work with people facing all kinds of mental health and personal life challenges, and I especially love helping clients untangle old patterns and build new ones that feel more like them. My approach is relational and HUMOROUS, humanistic, honest, warm, and collaborative. I work mostly with teens and adults. Outside of therapy, I’m usually testing a new hairstyle, thrifting, listening to Afrobeats, or walking my dachshund, Winston-Bishop.

I have had a range of experience from providing crisis and solution focused treatment in a jail setting, providing holistic and solution focused treatment in a medical clinic, and providing care to adolescents in the school setting. Each setting has helped me grow as a provider and a person. One commonality from each experience is that we are all human and we all need support throughout our lives, and there is no shame in this. I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. I want you to feel supported, seen and heard as you share personal details of your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have been a social worker for 19 years, most recently in the last 7 years doing therapy. I enjoy working with people who are wanting to see change happen but have barriers stopping them from moving into action. I also enjoy working with those who have relationship dynamic issues.
You may have experienced therapy before and know what it is like to have a space to talk. My work offers something a little different.
I work with women who are often the ones others depend on the mothers, caregivers, professionals, helpers, and women who have learned how to keep things moving even when they are carrying a lot themselves.
You do not have to be in crisis to want therapy. You may be grieving, navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, questioning what no longer fits, or simply wanting a space where nothing is being asked of you.
As a Black woman and therapist, I am especially intentional about creating space for Black women and other women of color to speak freely without having to translate or minimize their experiences.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We can begin with where you are.

I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will really listen and accept us as we are, without judgment. I provide my clients with that warm, nonjudgmental environment—a safe place to explore the issues that may be preventing them from living the life they want.
