My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, evidence-based approach to my help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns, explore how these thoughts influence feelings and actions, and develop more balanced and realistic alternatives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In sessions, I focus on balancing acceptance and change—validating clients’ experiences while supporting them in developing practical strategies for managing intense emotions and reducing behaviors that interfere with their goals. I incorporate skills training, real-life application, and collaborative problem-solving to help clients respond more effectively to challenging situations.
