LCSW, 7 years of experience
I believe that counseling can be transformative at all ages and stages in life. Our constantly changing world presents new challenges every day. I would be honored to support you in your journey to find answers, meaning, and understanding in this confusing world. As a counselor, I work from a person-centered approach to therapy, partnering with you to meet you where you are, leverage individual strengths and identify areas of growth and resilience. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our sessions. I aim to create a healthy rapport with clients, free of bias and judgment. During this journey, I will encourage you to be open, honest and passionate in order to explore your true self. I welcome your experiences and the story your life has to tell. I look forward to working with you.
In our first sessions we will start with brief introductions, expectations and goals. We will complete an assessment and start building a rapport.
My biggest strength is providing a person centered approach. My desire is to allow space for you to navigate your treatment.
I am able to work with all individuals however these areas have been my focal areas the past several months; Anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, men problems, women's problems, Postpartum
I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and take meaningful steps toward healing. My experience with solution-focused treatment centers on empowering clients to recognize the resilience and skills they already possess, even when trauma has made those strengths feel distant or forgotten. In our work together, I focus on what is working, what gives you hope, and the small shifts that can create big changes over time. I ask intentional questions that highlight your progress, your coping skills, and the moments where you’ve already moved toward the life you want—often without realizing it. This approach allows clients to feel seen not only for their pain, but also for their capacity to heal. For trauma survivors, solution-focused treatment offers a sense of control and safety. It allows you to define what healing looks like at your pace and in your language. Rather than revisiting traumatic details, we concentrate on your desired future, your strengths, and the actionable steps that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you build hope, develop clarity, and celebrate the progress you make—no matter how small it may seem. Together, we will focus on the possibilities ahead and the strengths within you.

I would recommend her to anyone that's in need therapy. She is very easy to talk with, and focus on solutions instead of the problem once it's identified.
