I am a mental health therapist (LCSW) based in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic counseling. Life can feel overwhelming when work responsibilities, family dynamics, spiritual concerns, and parenthood intersect. When emotions begin to feel like an ongoing rollercoaster, therapy can offer grounding, clarity, and meaningful direction. Care is rooted in trauma-informed practice and focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, crises, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
