I have been trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma focused -CBT, CBT-I for insomnia, brief strategic therapy, grief therapy, exposure therapy and response as well as interpersonal psychodynamic therapy. I utilize these modalities to address issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
