I am a psychologist that is licensed in Florida and New York with 9 years of experience. I have worked as a school psychologist, trauma-informed postdoctoral resident and a clinical psychologist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, executive functioning deficits, relationship difficulties, school issues, parenting struggles and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or abuse. My counseling style is empathetic and warm. I believe in treating anyone with compassion, understanding and openness and I don't believe in the stigmatization of clinical diagnoses. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and integrated theory. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am a licensed mental health counselor and Florida native. I have training in behavior modification, family therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and developmental psychology. I work with individuals as young as 6 years old through adulthood. I strive to provide the most meaningful and effective clinical interventions to address client needs. It can be incredibly difficult to reach out for help and be vulnerable with a stranger. I hope to be able to take this journey with you and/or your loved one.
