Hello! I have been in the field of social work for over 25 years as a social worker/clinician and Clinical Supervisor/Director. My career has been working with children and families in various capacities. I have worked in therapeutic foster care, therapeutic preschool programs and early intervention.

I have many years of experience working with individuals and families that have experienced trauma. I also see private clients of all ages. I look forward to meeting you!
First session
Our first session will consist of acquiring some history on the presenting issue. It is also very important to start building a trusting relationship and get to know each other!
Strengths
I have always felt a strong passion for working with children and their families. I have engaged in various play therapy techniques as well as some CBT and CPP. I have also been trained in Trauma Systems Therapy. I have worked with many children and families that have experienced trauma.
Ideal clients
My passion is working with children and families. I am best positioned to serve children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma and other emotional concerns. When you work with children and adolescents, it is so important to work with their families. The family and clinician can then work together on how to address the issues and set appropriate goals.
Treatment methods
Trauma Informed Care
This Clinician has worked with individuals that has experienced traumatic events. This clinician has frequently utilized Trauma Systems Therapy.
Child Parent Psychotherapy
This clinician has utilized Child Parent Psychotherapy with children and parents/caretakers that have experienced trauma. The clinician has worked with the parents and children as a dyad.
