Hello My name is Kianna and I have been working in the mental health field for more than 25 years. I attended undergrad at Colgate University where I studied Sociology and Biology. There I developed a passion for Mental Health and a thirst to understand why people do the things we do. I attended the Syracuse University School of Social Work and majored in Mental Health. I have worked with diverse populations of all ages since then and came to find that I enjoy working with people who have come from disadvantaged backgrounds, people of color, women, Autists, and persons living with Anxiety and Trauma of all kinds. Trauma comes in many forms and the abuser can be a member of your family, a stranger and even your society.
As a Social Worker of color, I was drawn to becoming a therapist after my own struggle to find a therapist that looks like me. I want to dismantle the stigma that many communities carry about seeking help for mental challenges and show people that everyone can benefit from a better relationship with themselves.
Hi, I'm Angelina Graziosi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing Telehealth psychotherapy services for adults in New York. I partner with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life transitions, anxiety, or relationship stress and are ready for a meaningful change. In our work together, I provide a safe, compassionate space to unpack your challenges and discover your innate strengths. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life‘s challenges and transitions. My goals are to help individuals achieve their highest potential, develop healthy coping skills, and live the life they aspire to. I offer a supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard and empowered. Through our work together, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
Being on my own life journey, it is easy to resonate with your struggles and appreciate your reaching out. Fear, doubt, and anxiety/depression are often apart of this life and it is important to connect with others in order to address them when they become stuck places. Then, they become the fuel for your better way forward. This has been true for me having experienced mental illness within my family growing up and therefore I feel confident that I can help you with your unique self and life.
I am a dedicated and caring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified EMDR Trauma Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in the States of Georgia and New York, with over 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders and family relationships. I am fully multilingual and offer therapy in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
I am originally from the Dominican Republic where I first graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. From an early age I was called into the mental health field in a society where mental illness was stigmatized and a forbidden topic. This calling and life mission led me to spending decades studying Neurosciences, Psychology and Trauma Treatment. I hold a Master of Science degree in Neurosciences and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Certifications in Trauma Treatment and advanced trainings in EMDR Therapy, IFS therapy, Contextual Therapy, among others . Understanding the human experience with trauma, pain and loss and witnessing how through therapy healing is possible, has been the seal of a lifelong legacy. As a psychotherapist I practice a holistic and integrative approach and work mainly from a psychodynamic, trauma informed and neuroscientific and systemic perspective, based on the evidence of how trauma impacts the body and brain, and the awareness that in order to create lasting change and heal trauma wounds we must create insight and integrate past and present while establishing a secure connection with ourselves and in relationship with our significant others.
It is now my honor to be your therapist. As your therapist it is my goal to guide you through your journey of internal growth and lasting healing.
Hi, I’m Amanda, a licensed clinical social worker. I work with children, teens, and young adults who may look like they’re doing okay on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, emotional, stuck, or unsure of themselves underneath it all. Whether your child is having bigger emotions lately, struggling with confidence, navigating friendships, feeling pressure at school, or just not seeming like themselves, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and build tools that actually fit their life.
My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable, genuine, and supportive—not intimidating—where clients can show up as themselves while learning ways to manage emotions, build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more like themselves again. I also work alongside caregivers because meaningful change happens both in and outside of sessions.

My approach emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and long-term growth, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
Finding balance in life isn’t about having everything perfectly in place, it’s about building the skills and support you need to move through challenges with confidence. That’s where I come in.
I’m Tomekia Edwards, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, New York, and California with over 17 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons. I commonly support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, work and school stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, allowing us to identify practical tools while also uncovering the strengths you already possess. I'm Kassandra, founder and owner of Luna Licensed Mental Health Counseling. Our mission is to help clients bridge the gap between understanding themselves and actually feeling different. Like many of my clients, I've navigated anxiety, life transitions, and moments of losing touch with my own confidence, and I'm confident we can help you move toward finally feeling like YOU. Sometimes that means shedding old skin and moving through the growing pains that come with it. Like the moon, every phase is real, active, and necessary. At Luna, we help you learn to integrate them all in a way that promotes real healing.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled beneath the surface. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and meaningful — a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself.

Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health, crisis intervention, forensic settings, and private practice, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
I believe recovery doesn't have to be grim. I bring playfulness and humor into the room where it fits, because healing often involves finding joy again. My approach is rooted in the belief that your brain is trying to protect you—even when it feels like it's working against you. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your system. Whether you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, low self esteem, coping with difficult personalities, we move at a pace that respects your life's demands.
• No "Resume" Talk: I skip the jargon. We focus on you and what you need to feel safe and get your agency back.
• Playful & Practical: Recovery can be hard, but it doesn't have to be grim. I bring warmth, at times humor, and real-world tools to our sessions.
• Trauma-Informed: I understand that your symptoms are trying to protect you. We work with your brain, not against it.
Are you feeling stuck, unempowered or overall lost? Pain is a part of life, but you don't have to go through it alone. When life gets too overwhelming, we often experience confusion, disillusionment, disappointment, anger, sadness, fear, addiction, or a sense of numbness. I have had opportunities to work in multiple settings and have been able to provide support to many clients over the past six years. I hope that you feel seen, safe, and understood as we explore what’s weighing on you and help you reconnect with your own strength, clarity, and sense of possibility. As a visually impaired therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work. My primary focus is to help adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and disability-related stress using CBT, solution-focused, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on practical strategies, resilience, and meaningful change.
Congratulations on taking the first step toward making change in your life!
My name is Carly. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in behavioral health, and have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing both mental health and substance abuse disorders. I graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and completed an M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. John's University.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy, which will help you learn the tools to challenge patterns of thinking that leave you feeling stuck. By learning these skills, you will be more equipped to manage difficult relationships and tackle stressful life events. By shifting to an internal locus of control, you will finally begin to feel a sense of autonomy over your life. My style is to be more active during sessions, while being careful not to "advice give". You will always be in the driver's seat as we work together to better navigate problems.

I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have helped countless individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting, teenagers, and adults while also helping families navigate parent-adolescent dynamics. My goal is to provide practical tools, insight, and compassionate support that help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!
I have been a therapist for 14 years, working virtually with teens and adults for the last 7 years. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and offering a warm and safe place to explore who they are and who they want to be. My background is in communication sciences and that has helped drive who I am as a therapist. I understand that all behavior is communicative and sometimes we need help understanding what it is we are trying to communicate to ourselves and others.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at NYU with a multi-state virtual practice. I take a deeply individualized approach to addressing the problems that you want to change, so we can figure out together the best way forward. Most of my training is based on the Cognitive Behavioral Model in which I will help you try out dozens of different therapy tools to find out the perfect combination that works for you. I am also a firm believer that our mind does not exist independently of our body, and caring for our body is a foundation for good mental health.
I bring a patient and empathetic presence to each session. I listen deeply to your goals, striving to understand your experiences and needs. Together, we collaborate to clarify what you want to achieve, and I support you in moving toward those goals at a pace that feels right for you. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I'm Jackie — a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor who genuinely loves this work. I trained at NYU Silver and spent years in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings before opening my private practice. I wanted something less clinical and more human.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship struggles, and the kind of life transitions that leave you wondering who you even are anymore. A lot of my clients grew up in homes that felt unpredictable or unsafe — homes where they learned early to read the room, manage everyone else's feelings, and keep the peace at their own expense. They've been the capable one for so long that asking for help feels almost foreign. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a formal appointment. I'll help you understand the patterns underneath the surface stuff — why you react the way you do, where it came from, and what to do about it now. We'll draw from CBT, DBT, and IPT, building real skills along the way. Sometimes you'll leave with something to try between sessions; other times, something to sit with and think about.
My style is warm, direct, and skills-focused. I'll meet you where you are and gently push when it serves your growth, because real change usually means getting a little uncomfortable in a safe space. Humor shows up too — the hard stuff goes down easier when we can laugh at parts of it.
Asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the braver things you can do.
I am a licensed clinical social worker that has focused strictly on mental health counseling for 14 years. I graduated from Adelphi University with a graduate degree in 2014. I look to help you identify your strengths and apply them so that you can increase your knowledge of self to live to your full potential and achieve your desired outcomes. We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space.
I support clients to explore their habitual beliefs and behaviors that have been causing personal distress and/or relational problems.
It can be challenging and even bring up fearful thoughts and feeling to start the counseling process. I invite you to push past your boundaries and allow me to support you on the journey towards knowing yourself and healing. This is so you can experience joy in the life you choose to make.
I look forward to meeting you,
Lisa Hotchkiss LCSW

As a long-term provider of mental health, I feel that therapy is very much like coaching. Together we can affect change using the tenets of CBT. I like to work in a brief, short-term and goal-centered approach. Come with an open mind and let us talk about making minor adjustments that can lead to long term changes. My mantra is -- "How can I help?" And if it sounds like a "Zen" like approach to counseling- maybe it is. Feel free to contact me with questions. I also work with athletes on any level to achieve peak performance.

I became a therapist because I've always wanted to help people grow through the challenges and obstacles in their lives. I combine a holistic, strengths-based approach when working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, college adjustment, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief/loss, pet loss, and trauma. I believe that there is nothing more empowering than discovering your inner strength and developing the courage to work through life's most difficult moments.
Before I received my MSW in Social Work, I became a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist. I also received my Bachelor's Degree in Creative Studies and writing. I enjoy working with clients who are open to both traditional modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Somatic practices that support and help regulate the body's response to stress and dysregulation by incorporating breathwork, meditation, yoga, and mindfulness skills.
I have always been drawn to the healing arts and the introspective work that can be found through psychotherapy, creative arts, writing/journaling, and yoga. I have been learning and engaging in these practices since 1998. It has been a lifelong passion of mine to bring these therapeutic modalities together to support the whole person so that my clients can discover their personal path to healing and live a more balanced, peaceful life.
I believe in a client driven therapy session, meaning I meet you at your need. You dictate how we spend our time though I will help to guide you if you need it. I like to think I'm direct but I will support you in achieving your goals and process whichever situations are concerning you.
