New to Grow
I graduated from Canisius College with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have practiced in a wide range of settings such as; outpatient, inpatient psychiatry, day treatment, groups, private practice, hospitals, schools, and adventure therapy camps. Working with people has been a great passion of mine. I also enjoy the counseling process and getting to see people become successful in their goals. Active feedback is welcomed as I believes clients should feel that they are getting something out of counseling.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strengths are knowing when to use humor in therapy and when to be able to listen and give active feedback.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adults 18 - 65 years old. I help client's understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to be a better version of themselves. My approach is positive and empathetic towards what the client wants to work on and helping them build goals for themselves. I treat depressive disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, and general stressors of life.
