As a provider, I have developed the ability to build a connection with my clients. I enjoy helping my clients reach their full potential and overcome their emotional and mental obstacles.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy {CBT} as a way to assist the person with reducing their symptoms. This treatment method can be quite effective with depression, PTSD and anxiety disorders. CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and their associated behaviors. This helps to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.
