I'm a compassionate mental health counselor (LMHC) with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals. With a holistic approach and experience in person-centered, EMDR, and eclectic therapies, I create a safe and supportive virtual space for growth and healing. I have many years of experience working with the developmentally delayed population and their families, as well as clients with trauma, family conflict, domestic violence, navigating college, transitions in life, and religious abuse.
