I’m a licensed clinical social worker who provides a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with more confidence. I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they work toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what meaningful change looks like for you. We’ll begin identifying patterns or challenges you’ve been experiencing and collaborate on a plan with clear, personalized goals, while keeping things flexible as your needs evolve.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes my approach unique is the balance of structure and genuine connection I bring to the work. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—sessions are tailored to you, blending practical tools with real, down-to-earth conversation. I strive to create a space that feels both safe and empowering, while also gently challenging you to grow, build insight, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support preteens, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure of how to manage their emotions and day-to-day stress. I work well with individuals who are open to self-reflection and want to better understand themselves, even if they’re not sure where to start. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication and boundaries, and increasing confidence. My clients often come in with goals like feeling more in control of their thoughts and emotions, navigating school or social challenges, and developing the tools they need to handle life’s ups and downs with greater resilience.
