Hi, I’m Chrissy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, veterans, and first responders. I work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, caregivers, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and have dedicated much of my career to serving those who have experienced high levels of stress and trauma in both personal and professional settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), interpersonal therapy, and couples counseling. Having worked closely with veterans and first responders throughout my career, I understand the unique challenges they face—including PTSD, moral injury, burnout, and the impact of service on personal relationships. Whether you're navigating a life transition, coping with loss, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I treat adults age 18 and up.

You’ve worked hard, built a life, found success, and checked many of the boxes you thought you were supposed to check, yet you still find yourself wondering, “Is this it?” Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else, putting their needs first, and being the person others could count on. Now, you’re ready to focus on yourself, redefine who you are, and discover what you want this next chapter of your life to look like. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working to help you find greater purpose, direction, and a life that feels meaningful to you. If you’re a young adult, you may have followed the path expected of you and still feel unsure about where you’re headed or where you fit. Our work can help you build confidence, find your own path, and create a life that feels right for you, not just one that looks right on paper. I am Ebony Yelder, LPC. My career has taken me into many different settings, including behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, in-home therapy, and work with the Department of Defense supporting service members and their families. Each experience has shaped the way I practice today and reinforced something I continue to believe people often have more strength, resilience, and resources within them than they realize. Hi! I’m Jada, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in their daily lives. I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. I understand how easy it can be to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and constantly prioritizing others while neglecting your own needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, and are ready to make meaningful changes. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe therapy should not only provide insight but also offer practical tools you can apply in your everyday life. I am passionate about helping my clients build healthier boundaries, improve their relationships, and strengthen their sense of self so they can show up more confidently and intentionally in all areas of life.

Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my profile! Therapy should be uniquely tailored to each person. I work with clients to identify patterns of behavior that may have contributed to difficulties in relationships—with family, friends, or at work or school—and help find ways to create positive change. We learn to change our perspective on life, our past, our entire reality, and recognize that we really can control how we think and what we think about. One of the primary purposes of coming to therapy is to be heard. I am here to listen and work with you to come up with a solution to the problem or issues you may be having. I've worked with many clients coping with anxiety and depression, in particular, which has led to the development of a different approach that combines parts of a few different proven techniques. This approach is designed to change your perspective on your mental illness and learn new ways to cope, adjust, and adapt. We work together to find what practical exercises you can use to better manage out of control emotions when they arise.

Hello. I am licensed marriage and family therapist and my clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral strength-based. I focus on helping people invalidate negative thoughts and become aware of their strengths. I do so in order to help them improve their confidence so that they can overcome challenges that they previously believed were impossible to triumph over. I also help people improve their boundaries to assist them with preventing others from negatively impacting their confidence and interfering with the development of their goals. With couples and families, I use an emotionally-focused approach that helps people become more comfortable with being vulnerable with people that are important to them. Becoming vulnerable helps people focus on discussing how they are impacted by others and what they need from them instead of blaming and criticism. Taking such a stance increases the chance that listeners will remain attentive instead of becoming defensive.

I’ve been licensed in New Jersey since 2002 and Tennessee since 2006 and hold PSYPACT credentials, allowing me to provide telepsychology services across most U.S. states. My clinical background spans corrections, hospitals, forensic settings, and outpatient psychotherapy—giving me a broad and practical perspective on human resilience. In our work together, you can expect a calm, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and gently challenged. I don’t offer quick fixes—but I do help clients build insight and lasting skills through collaborative, guided conversations.

My name is Joanna Smith. I have had the honor and privilege to have worked with clients for over 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If you are navigating anxiety, depression, a chronic illness, or a season of life that feels overwhelming, you do not have to figure it out alone. For more than 20 years, I have helped people move from feeling stuck to functioning at their best. Many people I work with are trying to navigate a life change or challenging personal situation. My goal is to provide support while we work together to improve your overall well being. In our first session, we will talk about what is weighing on you most and what you would like to feel different about, so we can set realistic goals together. In our work together, we will take a collaborative and practical approach. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused techniques to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, set meaningful goals, and take real steps toward feeling better. I especially enjoy working with people who are motivated for change and open to challenging the beliefs and patterns that are holding them back. My goal is for you to leave each session with something concrete you can use Most of my work has been in the health care setting while maintaining my private practice. I have worked with people who are experiencing chronic illness as well as families in a family health clinic. Additionally, I have provided and coordinated mental health treatment in a primary care setting, providing problem solving treatment to improve patients’ symptoms and level of functioning. I have also provided support to employees in corporate settings in my role as employee assistance program consultant.

As a Psychotherapist, I believe that everyone already has the tools they need to be their most productive and successful self. Sometimes people just need the support and encouragement from an outside source to reach their personal "happy place". Every patient has a right to Self-Determination and Self-Awareness. Psychotherapy can help develop insight, coping mechanisms, and social skills to help us build stronger relationships.
