My name is Anthony and I have worked in the behavioral health field for 28 years. I am very active in the behavioral health field even being acknowledged as a Notable Leader in Behavioral Health in 2023 through Crain's Detroit. While a large portion of my work is spent training and managing a team of behavioral health professionals it is incredibly important to me to continue creating space to partner and directly serve people. This is where you come in, providing counseling is generally the best part of my work. It grounds me with why I am a work in behavioral health, it allows me to practice the skills I have learned over the decades and it creates energy and life satisfaction. You have many options of who to choose as a therapist, know that if you choose me I will be excited to see you and to partner with you. Seeing clients is literally not my job, I genuinely want to be your counselor and I look forward to seeing you.

Hello! I began my social work journey in 2006 and have been working in the mental health field since I obtained my MSW in 2008. As a clinical social worker I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of helping individuals identify and address many mental health concerns and move towards the life they most desire. I am passionate about addressing the stigma around addictions and serious mental illness and I believe the best way to begin any mental health journey of recovery is with compassion and understanding. I work from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and I use a strengths-based orientation of empowerment to work with adults and couples. I feel that we are already our best selves-we just need some help letting go of the survival skills we've taken on to get through the toughest times in our lives. I have spent several years working exclusively with homeless veterans and individuals struggling with addiction, and this has given me additional perspective and insight into the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations. I am an advocate, an accountability partner, an empath and your greatest cheerleader. I'm excited to help you rediscover your best self and to claim the life you deserve.
I am Patricia Jenkins Jones, a Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience specializing in transforming the lives of ambitious professionals overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. My approach is tailored to fit the realities of your busy lifestyle, ensuring therapy becomes a transformative journey towards well-being and resilience, not just another task on your to-do list.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from others or from themselves. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the lingering impact of difficult experiences, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore what’s holding you back.
I take a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and choice. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more in control of your emotions and reactions. Therapy is not about pushing you before you’re ready—it’s about meeting you where you are and moving forward at a pace that feels manageable.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs while building strong therapeutic relationships to promote healing, resilience, and meaningful change. I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and am passionate about supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions. I am also trained in Infant Mental Health (IMH) and have extensive experience working with children and families to support healthy emotional development and relational healing.
My aim is to foster a supportive and safe space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and challenges. My work will help you recognize the power within you & source( whatever you believe in is totally okay in my world, I respect all) and trusting that it all works out the way it should! I have also faced my own life challenges, moved across the country to my dream states and more, which I believe has taught me to have more compassion and an open mind. Hence, why I always state I am a human first. One of my biggest strengths that helps foster a safe space for my clients, is my unconditional acceptance & operating from an unapologetic authentic framework, whilst helping them get to the level they desire.

Greetings! My name is Brian. After years working primarily with individuals who were court-ordered to chat with me, I've just recently started my own practice to spread my wings and talk with folks eager to improve their situations without quite so much external motivation.
Some background information about me if you're interested: I attained my Masters in Clinical Social Work degree from Ferris State University and graduated with the highest honors. I've worked in housing and with those experiencing homelessness. I've worked with children in foster care and with the parents trying to get them back into their care. I've worked with teens and older adults and every age between, both individually and in groups. I've helped educate about substance use, adjust from violence and trauma, cope with depression and anxiety, and develop time-management and stress-management skills, among others. I'm proud of what I've accomplished thus far, but what can I say? I want to do more!

I am an experienced Licensed Counselor located in Michigan and I offer tele-therapy services to adults. I received my Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. My clinical focus is on empowering individuals through increasing communication, skills and self awareness to help navigate through life's challenges. I embrace the collaborative process of helping individuals work towards their most authentic and healthy version of themselves.
I grew up in the Cleveland area and then came to Michigan where I completed my Bachelor's degree at Hope College where I studied social work. While in school I completed a field placement working as a probation officer and spent time in Mental Health and Sobriety Treatment Court. After graduation, my now husband and I moved back to Cleveland where I completed my Masters in Social Work with a specialization in Health Studies at Case Western Reserve University. While in school I completed internships with the Cleveland Clinic in their Adolescent Psychiatric Unit as well as an interdisciplinary internship at Care Alliance.
Following graduation, I worked in admissions for psychiatric and detox services for six years. I then wanted to expand my skill set and pursued a position providing therapy to health care employees as an EAP counselor at a local hospital system. I found that I really love the opportunity to get to know my clients and to walk alongside them on their journey.
Hi, I am licensed clinical social worker and I have three years of experience, in providing outpatient therapy. I am very passionate about helping others be the best version of themselves. I am a counselor who embodies empathy, compassion, and motivation in guiding my clients toward healing and self-discovery. My training in TEAM CBT, developed by Dr. David Burns, emphasizes the transformative power of confronting negative thoughts to drive positive emotional change. This method, rooted in the principle that 'The Truth Shall Set You Free,' focuses on identifying and challenging cognitive distortions. Additionally, as a Christian Counselor, I seamlessly integrate Christian principles with traditional talk therapy and TEAM CBT, ensuring that these approaches complement rather than conflict. This holistic blend allows for a therapy experience where clients address their mental health challenges and find deeper meaning and alignment with their spiritual beliefs.

I am focused on helping you live your best life, mentally, physically, spiritually, and culturally, to have a deeper connection with those around you, and finally begin the process of self-acceptance & healing. Why continue down the same path, only to yield the same results? Allow yourself the opportunity to heal, love, and grow. Having the right therapist in trauma recovery makes all the difference, when it comes to either being re-traumatized and regressing, or cognitively processing events, and eliminating phobias. This was my reason for becoming a counselor years ago, and undoubtedly my strongest area. Experience merits a level of expertise that cannot compare to books.
I offer telehealth counseling for adults and seniors, including Medicare clients, who are navigating life’s challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with grief, caregiver stress, trauma, depression, or anxiety. I understand how heavy these struggles can feel, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, steady place for you to breathe, reflect, and heal.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and supportive therapy, I tailor each session to your needs. Whether you are coping with illness, loss, or overwhelming stress, I will walk with you in building resilience and finding balance. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and renewed hope, no matter where you are on your journey.
Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for over 20 years. I work with adults, couples, and families including children, and adolescents. My goal is to work with each person individually from a person-centered perspective. I want you to feel that you are in control of your progress by identifying your needs and focusing on your strengths . My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, post-partum depression, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. I am available to see clients in Kentucky in-person or telehealth, and Michigan or Minnesota via telehealth.
The person centered approach means that the client is the center of everything from the initial assessment, to the development of the goals, to the treatment that is provided. It is important that you know you are accepted and with therapy you are able to address the concerns you have and learn to effectively work through them.
I understand therapy can feel uncomfortable and the thought of sharing yourself with someone you don't know (yet) can be overwhelming. Give me a call and we can talk for an initial conversation to see if it will be a good fit.
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and am also a Master Reiki Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practioner (EFT) and Advanced Level Intergrated Energy Therapist (IET) . Working with holistic methods in addition to traditional therapeutic modalities has been very transformational for many of my clients. Reiki, IET, sound and crystal healing along with aromatherapy in addition to traditional modalities allow my clients to heal on another level.

Hello, I am Leonard Uchendu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW). I have 12 years' experience working with Individuals, former incarcerated clients, and teenagers through telehealth practice. I like helping Clients with psychological distress, maladaptive thinking, relationship conflicts, personality disorder, existential crisis and addiction resolve their issues. My practice is a trauma informed practice. I work with clients to address their underlying trauma and adverse life experiences and grow into post-traumatic resilience. I help clients develop self-management strategies to function optimally.
I am a licensed professional counselor with seven years of experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, aimed at helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I support clients to identify personal goals, strengthen communication skills, and developing effective coping techniques to navigate life's stressors with greater confidence and clarity.
I love to work with people who are willing to think, to consider new ideas, to examine themselves honestly, and to try new behaviors. This is exciting! I love people who allow me the occasional moment of silence so that I can prepare a question that fits their unique personality and situation. I love working with people who are excited about working on things throughout the week and will give me honest feedback as to how effective that idea was for them. And i find it very enjoyable to work with someone who can articulate what they believe their issue is and what they think they need to do to overcome (either by increasing or decreasing a behavior) their problem (even if it takes a few sessions to get there). it's great to work with people who will do their best to give a new idea a shot. All that being said, everyone has their up days and down days. We wouldn't be human if we didn't. Being willing to let me walk alongside of them on those days, as well as the good days, humbles me because of their trust. Therapy can be work, and change doesn't fall into our laps. But it is possible, and in many cases, in order to experience abundant living, very necessary. Finally, I really enjoy working with people who, even as they identify a tendency, a personality trait, a reaction, or a thought process that may be related to childhood or adult trauma or abuse, will also look for ways to overcome its impact on them instead of being content to sit in its shade and let themselves be bested by it.
