Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I believe one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is finding someone with whom you feel genuinely comfortable and understood.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with eight years of experience providing therapy to adults across a variety of settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, and major life transitions. I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health and am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), allowing me to provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges that can accompany the transition to parenthood.
I also have a passion for supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan. Whether you are an adult with Down syndrome, a caregiver, or an expectant parent adjusting to a prenatal diagnosis, I strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized care.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Life rarely fits neatly into categories, and many of us carry emotions that seem contradictory—hope alongside fear, gratitude alongside grief, confidence alongside uncertainty. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult emotions, I believe healing begins by making space for them, understanding where they come from, and learning how to move forward without letting them define us. Together, we will identify practical strategies, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you. Therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion, honesty, and respect.
No matter what has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater understanding, resilience, and hope.

Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have lived in Texas, Colorado, Massachusetts and now New Hampshire. I have been practicing for over 25 years. My experience enables me to provide well rounded care to individuals.
Everyone has a different life experience, different circumstances that brought you to where you are today. We are doing the best we can but sometimes may feel stuck. My approach is to work collaboratively to improve your life experience.
Have you tried therapy but just didn’t get anywhere? New to therapy and not sure what to look for? Have a great life but feeling unfulfilled, having trouble navigating important relationships, or experiencing strong feelings that seem to come out of nowhere?
I’ve worked with clients to explore these and similar issues in the many years I’ve provided therapy. I have an uncanny ability to gently and compassionately challenge what may be happening, often leading to insight and a new found ability to make real and lasting changes so you can focus on what matters most to you: your family, your education, your career, your mental well-being.
Whether you are dealing with Relationship/friendship issues, parenting challenges, workplace issues or unresolved conflicts, I listen with an understanding ear. I help people address intense anxiety, ADHD, and mild depression even when most components in life seem to be going quite well. Sometimes things aren’t working because, well, they’re not working.
My clients include people from various backgrounds and situations, from intact families to those estranged or low/no contact in family status. I see clients employed as teachers, nurses, research scientists, a dentist, a CEO, an HR executive, a cheese monger, both new and seasoned “stay-at-home” care-givers and many people studying in college, graduate programs, or obtaining post-graduate degrees. Whoever you are, from whatever background, I listen intently to your story and can help bring awareness into what may be obstacles to living a peaceful, serene, healthy life. As different as people are, I have discovered that some of our patterns and dynamics are very much the same. You don’t have to carry your emotional pain all on your own. I can help.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with graduate degrees in Social Work and Physical Education, I've devoted my career to understanding how trauma shapes the mind, body, and the stories we tell ourselves. My work has taken me through military service, law enforcement, homeless work, suicide prevention, and complex mental health, giving me the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most painful and defining moments of their lives. Those experiences didn't just shape my career—they shaped who I am and how I practice. I've lived through experiences that forced me to confront fear, grief, shame, loss, and the devastating consequences of believing I had to carry those burdens alone. I've seen what trauma can do to the human spirit, and I've also seen what becomes possible when someone is finally understood instead of judged. That belief is the foundation of my practice.
I am an enthusiastic and caring counselor and I feel honored to work with the clients in front of me. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy, CBT, and ACT, alongside group therapy, to tailor my interventions to each individual’s unique needs. My strong listening and speaking skills facilitate deep connections with clients, empowering them to explore their struggles, find meaning, and ultimately create positive changes in their lives. The impact of my work is reflected in the growth and resilience of my clients, as they navigate their personal journeys toward healing and fulfillment.
Hello and welcome! I'm Jane.
I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself.
First though, I'd like to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. This is a big step.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I focus on helping clients develop new, more positive narratives about themselves that accurately reflect who they are. Our narratives are informed by our past, our childhood, our experiences, our internal and external environments, but sometimes, they can become twisted and inaccurate. So much pain can stem from this. I am here to help you develop your own narrative.
Therapy can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. We will work as a team.
I am a psychologist with ten years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I received my doctorate from William James College. Hi there! I have been a licensed therapist for 10 years, working in outpatient hospital system as well as on internet platforms; I also worked for 10 years on a psychiatric crisis team. My niche age groups are females/males aged 20-35, whom I see in a very transitional and challenging period in life. Women ages 40-65 are my second demographic. My own lived experiences as a mother of 3 and a wife give me insight and help me to guide my clients through challenging times.
P.S. I LOVE DOGS
As a licensed Psychologist, I first prioritize learning not only why a person is contacting me, but also to be able to relate to that person based on their individual needs and what are their expectations of therapy. I believe that we all need to have a sense of purpose or meaningfulness in our lives, something that our thoughts, emotions and life experiences contribute to the "heart" of our personalities.
The process of healing from the challenges of life begins with a search for truth about our beliefs, habits and relationships. Physical health is affected by our mental health through the complex interactions between the brain and bodily functions. Interventions I use in my sessions include Cognitive Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT.
As a Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals. Even though these patient populations are diverse, the common denominator is the human "heart". My sessions work to connect a person's sense of meaning in life to help them overcome anxiety, depression and a loss of personal identity in this complex world.

Hello and welcome! I know that taking the first steps to reach out for support can be overwhelming and scary. There are so many options of therapists, how can you possibly choose the "right one"? I tell all clients I meet for the first time the same thing: 'finding a therapist is like trying on a pair of jeans or a pair of shoes, they can all be the same size, but they all may fit a bit differently. One may be too tight, too big, or one you just might not like for a reason, and you don't really know why.' The only way to truly know is to try it on and see how it feels. That may not be the pretty answer, but it's what I have found in my 10 years of experience to be true. So I invite you to simply try, and if it doesn't work the first time or second, try again, because once you find the right one, it's worth it. I hope I am the "right one" for you, and if I'm not, finding you the person who is the "right one" for you is extremely important to me, and I will do everything I can to help find that one for you.
I'm self aware, having chosen a pathway of self exploration to become my best self. I am a survivor of my story, who has always known the importance of never surrendering to any situation life hands me. My resilience and positivity have guided my decisions to choose fighting like hell to be the greatest version of myself. I live passionately with growing self esteem as a result of having the highest priority on SELF LOVE. My treatment approach will always be action focused. Many clients that I have mentored with eating compulsions have had favorable outcomes as a result of our therapeutic relationship. I am a survivor of acting out with food, including a period of 17 years of battling bulimia, and a lifetime of searching for PEACE from food addiction. Since October 2004 I have lived in recovery, with no episodes of bulimic behaviors, and have a healthy relationship with food beyond my wildest dreams. I have found the PEACE I have been searching for which motivates me to help others to live in a healthy body. I have shared this struggle to allow you a deeper understanding of my personal story. I believe everything I have survived has provided life lessons that have humbled me and allowed me to see the humanity in everyone. We all possess so much untapped power that , if accessed, can help us achieve our goals and become the best version of ourselves! I have the skills to help you too, I believe that is why I'm here.
I am a bilingual Hispanic-Latina psychologist who provides therapy in both English and Spanish. For over six years, I have supported individuals as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.
I specialize in trauma, emotional healing, and grief in all its forms. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or burdened by experiences they have carried for a long time. Whether you are coping with loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, life transitions, cultural or immigration-related stressors, or the lasting impact of trauma, you do not have to navigate it alone.
My approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and deep listening. I believe healing happens within the context of a genuine therapeutic relationship—one where you feel seen, heard, respected, and understood. I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly and move toward healing at your own pace.
As a strengths-based therapist, I support clients recognize and build upon their resilience, wisdom, and existing capacities for growth. I also believe it is important to understand our experiences within the larger social and cultural contexts that shape our lives. Together, we explore how factors such as family dynamics, cultural expectations, discrimination, immigration experiences, and systemic inequities may influence emotional well-being.
My work focuses on support clients reconnect with themselves, identify what matters most, and create lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. Whether you are seeking healing, greater self-understanding, or support through a difficult season of life, I am committed to meeting you with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
I believe healing is possible, and that you deserve a space where your story is honored and your experiences are valued. It would be a privilege to accompany you on your journey toward growth and emotional well-being.
Hi, I’m Lianet, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be completely yourself, without judgment or pressure.
I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or difficult life transitions. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.
Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, strengthen your confidence and boundaries, and create meaningful changes in your life. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and supportive with compassion and accountability.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and experiences
