New to Grow
Over the years I have successfully treated a wide variety of mental health concerns including stress, chronic depression, LGBTQ+, grief/loss, stress management, relationship issues, substance use, and career/life goals. If you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or panic attacks, let's get to the bottom of it! Self doubt, low motivation? We got this! Every individual, couple, and family that I have had the honor to work with is unique and has their own specific needs. Because of this, you can expect custom treatment planning with measurable goals and activities. I primarily utilize a strengths-based approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and mindfulness. I ensure I meet clients where they are at to help them achieve their goals, giving them a safe space to heal.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Tell me about yourself! Why are you here and what are you hoping to gain from therapy?
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I consider myself very laid back. I want to provide an environment you are comfortable working in.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am excited to work with individuals who want to either start therapy for the first time or continue on their therapeutic journey.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I focus on helping to identify the problem and reframe/restructure negative thoughts.
