I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My work is guided by attachment-based, systemic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches, helping clients better understand their emotional patterns, relationships, and life experiences. I often work with people navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but want support moving beyond insight into meaningful change. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, improving emotional balance, understanding how past experiences may be influencing the present, strengthening communication and boundaries, and building healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.

I’m excited to get to know you better! In the meantime, here’s a little about me, and my professional experience and training. I think one of the biggest challenges, after taking that first brave step of reaching out, is to find a good therapist that you connect with. In my twenty-plus years of experience, the therapeutic relationship is the principal reason that therapy “works” or “doesn’t work.” My therapeutic style focuses on first developing a strong therapeutic alliance in which you feel emotionally safe and heard without judgment. You’ve already come to the conclusion that something in your life is not working, and my task is to help you to identify the ways in which you’d like things to be different. From there, together we can create realistic, achievable goals that support those changes and move you toward the life that you deserve. I have a large repertoire of strategies and interventions, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. Producing insights, strategies, and tools that you can use immediately is the goal of every interaction. I have extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues (adult as well as parent-child), substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. I have found that many people experiencing trauma or anxiety are helped by a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. This teaches them how to tolerate their intense feelings and how to reframe unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck. On a personal note, I have been a LMFT since 1997 and have worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. My latest appointment is 4:00PM ET When I’m not helping people, I can usually be found on the golf course. I look forward to helping you to make the changes you desire.

Hello, I’m Carolyn, a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker (LICSW) at Grow Therapy. I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support—whether starting therapy for the first time or finding a new therapist—can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore what brings you to therapy and to identify meaningful goals we can work toward together. I strive to meet you where you are and support you at your own pace throughout the process. One of the most meaningful compliments I’ve received was from a client who shared that I made them feel “so special.” That reflects the heart of my approach—I lead with compassion and aim to help each person feel valued, supported, and understood, especially during difficult times. You may also occasionally see my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chloe, who sometimes joins sessions to provide a little extra comfort. You are not alone. I’m here to support you, and I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey toward healing.

When the burdens of our circumstances, relationships, or daily lives, in general, begin to weigh on our shoulders, finding help in a safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental space can begin to ease our heavy loads. My name is Caitlin Pierce, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with 15 years in the field. I have spent the bulk of my career working with families and individuals in both office and in-home settings. I have a history of training and practice in trauma-focused counseling, relationships (family, marriage, parenting), stress/anxiety management, and I also am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. With this specialization, I can support wellness and health-related concerns such as self-esteem, body image, and making lifestyle changes like stress-reduction or shifting priorities. My favorite part of being a counselor is watching the people I work with begin to see a new "story" emerge or a shift in thinking around their presented problems. I like to help clients unlock the parts of their minds that remain stuck in a particular way of thinking or feeling that keeps them from feeling their best. I believe that all of us are capable of change, whether we're 18 or 85, and with healthy support and guidance, there is hope to feel better. I aim to bring my clients a conversational, personal, and humanistic counseling style. I look forward to working together!

Hi there! Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. From someone who has had their own personal struggles with mental health, I want you to know that you are not alone. I strive to create a space for you to feel seen, heard, and safe. As someone who has been to therapy, I understand how difficult it can be to take that next step. Finding the right therapist can be hard. Finding someone to support you, challenge you, and hold space for the things most people in our life have no idea we are facing. I would be honored to be that space for you. I hope we can work together to help you reach your goals. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have been working with people who wanted to make some changes in their lives for more than 25 years. Together we've focused on the variety of challenges they were experiencing - depression, anxiety, family or work stressors, relational and communication issues. I also work with people who have experienced trauma, or who have chronic medical conditions, as well as those who are in a difficult situation, or who have lost someone close to them. My counseling style is conversational and interactive, and incorporates a cognitive-emotional-behavioral, solution-focused, body-based approach. Our work together will begin with me getting to know you, building trust, and helping you feel comfortable. *Action-oriented Therapist* Most anxiety and depression evolve from procrastination, which leads to inaction. I have the ability to help people who are looking to take action on their goals which require behavioral change. Change becomes natural once a person understands their unintentional programming from childhood and decides to work on their discipline. Discipline is simply your ability to prioritize the needs of your "future" self ahead of your "present" self. I do not prescribe medication; however, I can refer you to a Grow Provider if need be. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and I love helping people reach their maximum potential! I spent 23 years in the military travelling the world before I retired and decided to commit the rest of my life toward helping others. I have been providing therapy successfully for over eight years with many successes for clients who are looking to do the work necessary to live their best life. You can read my reviews on healthgrades.com that have been posted by former clients. If you are ready to put in the effort, you will make progress!

Hi, my name is Bradley Levy LICSW and have 20 years of experience in the field. Are there changes that either you want to or need to act upon? If things feel too difficult to change and you need guidance, support, direction, and empathic listening you might be a great candidate for individual therapy from me. What separates me from other clinicians is my versatility. Throughout my career, I have worked at every level of care and every population. From individual therapy/group therapy to intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs to being the clinical director at a locked psychiatric hospital, I have seen pretty much everything. My main objective in all cases is to try and build a trusting rapport/relationship in which no judgment is made and an atmosphere where one can feel safe talking about difficult issues, their current level or desire to change through motivational interviewing and CBT. Over the years I have come to develop areas of extreme expertise such as addiction (either oneself or a loved one), co-occurring disorders or dual diagnosis, dealing with any diagnosis from adjustment disorders to more complex or serious mental illness which includes major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the conditions that fall within these categories. In addition, I can offer case management services, assist with paperwork, or find the right treatment if need a higher level of care.

Welcome to Grow Therapy! I'm looking forward to working with you to support your goals and enhance your overall well-being. My approach draws on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help individuals better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. The primary approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful or distorted thought patterns to improve emotional well-being and promote healthier behaviors. DBT emphasizes building practical skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

I am a therapist and homesteader. I am from Massachusetts, and live in Maine. I've had several experiences that help me understand the struggles of folks who are adjusting to a new environment. Clients find me down to earth, the type of therapist who likes to laugh and will call you out sometimes. Everyone has qualities that can help them heal, but there are times when the right support can be so valuable. I aim to attune with my clients and for my sessions to be encouraging, clarifying, and empowering.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled beneath the surface. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own. My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and meaningful — a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself. I’m a seasoned clinician with over 30 years experience in healthcare. I love what I do and, in particular, I enjoy helping people gain their best mental health and wellness potential. I would describe my practice as eclectic with extensive specialty training over the years. I specialize in working with adults and use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Harm Reduction, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I enjoy helping people navigate the aging process and am skilled at supporting the end of life process. There are several aspects of mental health that I provide help with including depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, poor self esteem, and bipolar illness. To support my own mental health, I exercise daily, love being in nature, and spending quality time with family. I also have a great sense of humor and enjoying making someone smile.

Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning. I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

I'm Malanne, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of SlateCole Counseling and Consultation. I work with high-functioning women, couples, caregivers, and fellow helping professionals; the people who keep everyone else's world running while quietly running on empty themselves. My path into this work wasn't purely academic. Before opening my own practice, I spent years in child welfare, foster care, residential treatment, and school-based mental health, settings that taught me how much people can carry while still showing up, still functioning, still holding it together for everyone watching. I've also walked my own path as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and cancer survivor, and I know firsthand what it means to keep caring for others while learning to care for yourself too. I bring that lived understanding into the room alongside my clinical training. I'm the author of 31 Days to a Merry Modern Marriage; and relational healing, whether within a marriage, a family, or a friendship with yourself, is at the center of how I practice. In session, I'm warm, direct, and practical. I don't believe therapy should feel clinical or distant, and I don't believe you have to hit a breaking point to deserve support. My approach draws on CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, but the real work is helping you feel less alone in what you're carrying, and giving you real tools to carry it differently, or set some of it down.
