My name is Lurdelis Morales, and I provide individual therapy for adults navigating life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. I am passionate about supporting mothers through the many stages of motherhood, as well as individuals experiencing significant life changes that may feel overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally demanding. I believe therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're adjusting to a new role, managing stress and anxiety, struggling to find balance, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work alongside clients to build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns and what you’re hoping to change or improve, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll also discuss how therapy works, my approach, and begin identifying goals together. Most importantly, the first session is a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is my deep understanding of the emotional complexity of motherhood. I recognize that motherhood can be both meaningful and deeply overwhelming at times leaving individuals feeling depleted, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by persistent stress, irritability, or emotional fatigue. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up fully as yourself. It is a place to express what you’ve been holding in whether that’s sadness, frustration, anxiety, or even moments of joy that feel hard to access. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to be honest, to process freely, and to feel supported without judgment. In our work together, you are not defined solely by your role as a mother. While that identity is deeply important, therapy also makes room for you as an individual with your own needs, emotions, values, and sense of self. Together, we focus on reconnecting with that part of you, restoring balance, and helping you feel more grounded, present, and like yourself again.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting mothers as they navigate the many demands, transitions, and emotional complexities of motherhood. Whether adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum changes, balancing family and career responsibilities, managing feelings of overwhelm, or rediscovering a sense of self beyond caregiving, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for growth and healing. I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing major life transitions, including relationship changes, career shifts, becoming a parent, grief and loss, relocation, and other significant life adjustments. These periods of change can bring uncertainty, stress, and opportunities for personal growth. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges with confidence.
