Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have had experience with CBT since working with younger disabled clients at residential facilities, and later in assisting clients in behavior modification. I have experienced success with clients through methods such as cognitive framing, coping, journaling, and token economies.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have experienced clients gaining success through DBT by focusing on emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance and overall wellness approaches.

Trott takes things slow and breaks things down in a way that you fully understand. Him being a believer in the the Bible is extremely helpful for me because he uses the word as a way of encouragement to get me out of some of the dark places that I might find myself in. Greatly appreciative for his knowledge and advice

I had a highly constructive session with Trott, during which he demonstrated attentive listening, genuine empathy, and a thoughtful engagement with the feelings and emotions I expressed. I found the experience both meaningful and supportive, and I would like to continue scheduling sessions regularly moving forward.

I've never felt more comfortable speaking to someone ever before. Literally sitting here looking forward to our next session. Finally, someone empowering and understanding as well as patient and humble. Very thankful for the experience!
