Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Living with a positive mindset can help you achieve your goals and improve your outlook on life! I’ll work with you to stop negative thought patterns in their tracts and change those negative thoughts into positive beliefs.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Often in Life we get side tracked focusing on many things at once. We forget to stop and appreciate the moment; taking in the scents, sounds, and feelings of each situation. I’ll use mindfulness to help you not Only Live in the moment but help you to relax, refocus and center yourself so you can appreciate all of life’s little things.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I’ll use ACT to accept how you feel and then put those thoughts feelings on a cloud that you can move forward from.

Trauma Informed Care

I am a firm believer in trauma informed care. I understand that anyone can have a trauma history and when you are ready we can explore your trauma together. I want to provide a secure place for you to explore your trauma and I will not do this until you feel ready.
