She is a talented and transformative Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys the rewarding experience of problem solving, encouraging, and motivating others to live their lives to the fullest! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC) with years of experience in helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges. During my career, I have partnered with clients in community mental health, academic medical center, and private practice settings as they strive to reach their full potential. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a faculty member at the City Colleges of Chicago, where I teaches courses in the Addiction Studies program. I hold a Master of Arts in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago. When not managing his professional obligations, Jarrett can often be found reading, cooking, or spending time with his spouse and two cats.

Jessica Rae Montgomery (She/Her/Hers), Clinical Psychotherapist. I have dedicated my career to working with individuals with serious mental illness, specializing in crisis care and psychosis. I have worked hand in hand with providers at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Eskenazi Health, and Penn Medicine. I have provided psychotherapy and group services in a coordinated specialty care team and worked in the emergency room and hospital units providing psychological care. I earned my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health through The Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University Calumet. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in IN.
