I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working with justice-involved adults and high-acuity clients, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and a clear plan forward.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. What that means in practice is that we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen your ability to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My style is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll encourage you to set meaningful goals, while also making space to process the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical—you should leave sessions with tools you can use right away, and also feel seen and understood in the bigger picture of your life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, honest, and committed to helping you make real changes, I’d be honored to work with you.

Hello! I am Cassie and am an LCSW and LCAC in Indiana. I feel it is an honor to work with individuals to find what they are seeking in coming to therapy. I find that therapy is intimidating to a lot of people and strive to make people feel comfortable in their therapy journey. I have been practicing for approximately 15 years and continue to love serving others whom I have the pleasure to work with.
Hi, I'm Britta Neinast, a licensed clinical social worker. I have years of professional and personal experience understanding anxiety and mental health struggles. Many of us are crippled with anxiety and self-doubt. Despite messages and advice, we still feel misunderstood and alone. I believe we are looking at the problem of anxiety incorrectly.
The conventional wisdom is learning how to “cope" and fight your tension. I believe this approach is misleading because it gives the impression there is something wrong with you. Anxiety is your friend and has a purpose. When you listen more to what anxiety is trying to teach you, it will make sense.
Hello! Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel there is a lack of purpose, fulfillment, and passion in your life? Do people in your life often have a tough time really getting what you are going through? Are you caught up in unhealthy patterns? Do you want your life to change, but are unsure how to make that happen? “It is okay not to be okay!” If you are experiencing one of life’s unexpected challenges and would like to explore your thoughts and feelings in a private, safe, and comfortable environment tailored to help increase your awareness and ability to work through challenges, I am here for you.
I view therapy as a safe space for processing life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and trauma to achieve one’s goals and necessary growth. I specialize in collaborating with clients challenged with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, and chronic medical conditions.
My approach is individualized, client centered, and strength-based, as I believe clients are the experts of their lives and determine the direction of the therapeutic process. I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and my Master of Social Work from Indiana University. With over 8 years of experience, I support individuals in managing anxiety, navigating depression, and healing from past trauma. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a spiritually grounded perspective. While therapy is rooted in clinical skill, I also create space for deeper connection—often integrating spiritual awareness into the work for those who are open to it. I believe healing is not just mental, but also deeply internal and, at times, spiritual.

I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.

I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families/parenting styles. My philosophy as a psychologist is centered around the encouragement of trusting your personal knowledge as a base for layering on new coping skills, self-understanding, and ultimately growth as an individual. I want my clients to know that they are in a safe space for sharing, asking questions, and receiving helpful feedback that fits their specific personal needs. I use a variety of psychology treatment skills to fit the personal style of the client.
I began my journey as a therapist while I was Active Duty military and I saw firsthand how trauma was so prominent whether from childhood and/or combat related. With the different treatment options available, I feel that I have an opportunity to help in the healing journey for anyone seeking therapy. I have been licensed for about 7 years and have experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma through work, childhood, or adulthood. I offer daytime availability to individuals who may work evenings, professionals, caregivers, or students.
I am Becka Oberle and I am a licensed Clinical social worker who has worked in the counseling field for 30 plus years. My approach to my work is very client centered but also engage person to person allowing my clients to feel more comfortable while still creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal focused and like to always I provide actions and tools for my clients so they are making continuous growth. I have used many tools in my career knowing not everyone connects in the same way and thinking outside the box is vital. In my career 3 of my dogs have worked with me as trained therapy dogs and one of my horses worked with me doing equine therapy. I look at each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them learn to express and walk through life's struggles. I find not everyone is most comfortable with talking or writing so will encourage a client to use a drawing journal to express feelings when that is something they enjoy and feel more confident in using. I am a christian based counselor and will, at client request, use a faith based approach that can add an added support for the client. I am so blessed to have had this as my career and have worked with clients of all ages starting my career on the cancer center a Riley hospital for Children, moving to a locked unit with juvenile offenders ages 5-11, equine assisted therapy for at risk teens, to working with seniors in long term care or living at home. I am now doing my work from home making the progression as people have been given this as a source of support and allowing them to get help from home.
Do you often feel overwhelmed with life? Or do you feel that something from your past is keeping you stuck? I can help with anxiety, depression, past trauma, negative self talk, relationship issues and more. I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be…wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome.
I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate as well, meaning I am aptly trained to help with anyone transitioning into new parenthood. I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day.
If you think my approach sounds like it would help you, please reach out and we can schedule our first session to determine if we’ll be a good fit to work together moving forward. I genuinely can’t wait to meet you.
