My work as a therapist has grown out of years of supporting people in many different environments and stages of life. I’ve spent over 15 years working with adults with a wide range of neurodivergence and abilities, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and move toward goals that matter to them. I’ve also worked as a Career Counselor for the county, guiding people through assessments, career transitions, and educational planning. Along the way, I’ve supported individuals in correctional settings, helping detainees navigate mental health challenges, adjustment issues, and the emotional weight that comes with major life disruption. I also have experience responding to crisis situations, offering support to people during moments of intense emotional distress or behavioral emergencies. My approach to therapy is flexible and personal. I use an Eclectic, Existential style, pulling from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and Reality Therapy. What that means for you is that we’ll work together in a way that fits you — your personality, your pace, your goals. I aim to create a space that feels safe, open, and genuinely supportive, where you can explore what’s going on in your life and start making meaningful changes. supportive, where you can explore what’s going on in your life and start making meaningful changes. My values guide everything I do: trustworthy support, integrity, fairness, innovation, unconditional positive regard, and creativity. I’m committed to treating every person with respect and complete confidentiality. You’re not a set of symptoms or a checklist — you’re a whole person with a story worth understanding. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, seen, and supported as you move toward the life you want.

I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together. Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder. If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.

Hi everyone, I'm Greg I understand that emotions can be confusing, relationships can be messy, and past experiences can negatively impact our present lives, however, I believe that with proper coping strategies, we don’t have to remain stuck in dysfunctional patterns. I realize change can be scary and people often remain frozen in place due to the fear of the unknown. While change and acceptance are two concepts that are diametrically opposed, with the right mindset, they can work hand-in-hand to promote growth and healing. I have been helping clients improve their lives for over two decades. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, obtaining my Masters of Social Work through Indiana University and my Doctorate of Social Work through Capella University. My doctoral capstone project researched the use of Integrated Treatment to effectively treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders using a holistic approach to treat these disorders simultaneously, as oftentimes, the root causes of addiction are comingled with other underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief. I believe that treating both conditions simultaneously brings about the best chance of success for lasting healing and recovery. Before obtaining my doctoral degree, I spent two decades working at a community mental health center through its emergency services department. This experience provided the opportunity to work with diverse clients struggling with all manner of concerns. Additionally, I spent the past six years working part-time at an addiction recovery center treating clients individually, in groups, and with their family systems to help combat the disease of addiction. As a result of these opportunities, I am experienced in all manners of mental health, as well as addiction counseling, family counseling, and grief counseling.

Hi there, I'm Jasmine, LCSW, and I'm here to help you navigate those overwhelming feelings that can sometimes feel like a pressure cooker. Whether it's the fear of disappointing others, feeling misunderstood, or battling with anxiety and depression, I understand how these emotions can pile up and become unbearable. You might even find yourself resorting to self-harm as a way to cope. It's hard to reach out and put these feelings into words, but you don't have to do it alone—this is my specialty, and I already understand what you're going through. With my guidance, you'll learn emotion management skills that can help you handle these big emotions and break the cycle. Imagine not having to use all your energy pretending to be okay because you actually are okay. Together, we can work on managing stress, connecting with others, and finding the energy to truly enjoy life. You won't have to be on the defensive anymore. I believe in open communication and honest boundaries, especially when it comes to sensitive topics like self-harm. I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations can impact how we see ourselves and move through life. My own experiences, along with my professional background, have shaped the way I connect with clients. I understand that sometimes being the “strong one” can become exhausting, and that setting boundaries or putting yourself first can bring up a lot of guilt. In therapy, I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self without judgment. I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and helping you develop tools and insight that feel realistic for your life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced and authentic to you.

Hey there! My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach. My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs. Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. I completed my PhD in 2024 focusing on increasing awareness of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how we may build better therapeutic interventions for this population. I thoroughly enjoy being able to bridge gaps between mental health research, teaching the next generation of clinicians, and maintaining clinical work myself.

I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow a life they can feel proud of—often while navigating heavy pressure. I do this work to express my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.

Welcome. As a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of professional experience, I have chosen to dedicate a large portion of my practice to the unique needs of older adults as evidenced by my completion of the Mental Health and Aging Level 1 Certificate through the Center for Mental Health and Aging. I deeply respect the decision to seek guidance during significant life changes. My expertise is focused on helping clients successfully manage the challenges that often come with aging, including adjusting to retirement, coping with the loss of loved ones, navigating health diagnoses, managing difficult family dynamics, and finding strategies for better sleep and reduced worry. I also treat adults 18 and older who are experiencing relational stressors, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
