You are stronger than you realize. You can discover (or rediscover) your “authentic self” even when it seems impossible or unsurmountable. I am here to help. Hi there! Originally from Kentucky, I'm currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Indiana. My journey started with a Master's in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, though initially I pursued a career in teaching, which briefly postponed my entry into therapy. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly about what’s been weighing on you—without pressure to have the “right” words or quick answers.
Therapy with me is about helping you feel less alone while building hope and moving toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. These challenges can show up as constant worry, emotional exhaustion, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Together, we’ll begin to understand these patterns and find ways to move forward.
You are not broken — you are becoming. I believe healing begins at the intersection of truth, safety, and purpose. I provide a safe and empowering space for individuals navigating trauma, identity wounds, life transitions, and relational patterns that no longer serve them. Whether depression, addiction, unresolved trauma, marital woes or seeking emotional steadiness as a first responder. I am here to offer support and a judgment-free, solution-based environment.
