Hello, I'm Liesa. If you're feeling stuck in your feelings, old habits, old ways of thinking, etc., your body may be telling you that you're ready for change. If you're new to therapy or had a bad therapy experience in the past, however, finding the right therapist to support you can be overwhelming. We’re meant to experience many emotions; the problem comes when we’re immobilized by them, we only feel the difficult ones, or when our thoughts and feelings keep us from living our values. If a therapist promises you that therapy will “fix” you, and they have the formula to achieve 100% happiness - I advise you to run or roll (for my wheelchair-using friends!) past their bios. I won’t promise to “fix” you because I don't believe you are broken. I’ve had the honor of working with people who have experienced unimaginable loss and pain, and not one of them needed to be fixed. Good therapy helps you to understand what is most important to you, and to live a life that reflects that. You are the expert on you, and I will use my training and experience to support your growth.

I have a decade of experience serving patients with various struggles, conditions and adversity has shown that experience is the root of possibility. One of the bravest things you can do is decide that you deserve to define what that possibility is and feel safe embracing it and taking the steps to move forward. You deserve a clinician who can provide a safe and inviting space to explore goals, barriers, and promise of what life could be. Therapy isn't one sided. Therapy is a collaborative effort utilizing experience, reflection and other evidence based interventions to meet your goals and improve your life as a whole. I have been practicing as a therapist and intervention specialist for 13 years. What I can offer clients is a collaborative working relationship, utilizing evidenced based interventions to help reach your goals and imagine what is possible. Just like any relationship it is important that a therapist and client are the right match. I am happy to set up acall to explore if I am the right clinician to help you reach your goals or overcome barriers.

Do you feel you might be trapped in struggle, pain, and disappointment forever? My name is Victoria Fox, and I am an experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Indiana. You are also welcome to call me Vikki. I am friendly, reliable, nonjudgmental, compassionate, knowledgeable, and curious about others. I see individuals, couples, and families, or family-like groups. I have been working for the past 2 years with adult clients of all ages with both major medical problems (including disabilities) and mental health needs, including grief and loss, sleep disorders, and dementia. I spent 3 years before that working with clients with major mental health problems plus addiction. These clients generally were in crisis and had a large amount of trauma. Several clients had suicidal thoughts and past attempts. I am also a non-denominational Spiritual Life Coach. I also take a holistic, or whole-person, approach to each client. I was a Medical Case Manager for about 10 years before becoming a psychotherapist. I have also worked with youth and adults in the Child Welfare System. When not seeing clients, I am reading, drinking coffee, playing with my dogs and cats, making memories with my children, manifesting my future, or pursuing other Spiritual endeavors. I also enjoy going to concerts and Renaissance fairs with my friends. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Hi! I'm Jaci (pronounced Jackie). Kudos to you for taking the most difficult steps in healing and change... Realizing that if you could change without the help of a highly trained, caring professional, you already would have. That's why you and I are here... You can expect amazing results as you work with me to overcome years of feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, afraid of change, ashamed or unsure of yourself or who you are. You will overcome issues including self-sabotage, negative core beliefs, low self-esteem and under-achievement. You will learn more about yourself, and develop the strength and guts to face down any skeletons in your closet such as decisions you regret or abuse. We'll bust through limiting beliefs to empower you to set and reach the goals you've always dreamed of. We'll get to the root causes of child or adult ADHD, family conflict, and women's issues and implement strategies to help you get to know yourself better and make decisions that are in alignment with your values and with who you truly are, so you can make wise career and relationship choices. You can learn and practice the best parenting techniques, and heal the root issues that influence how present and connected you are to your children, and how you respond to them. You will become more knowledgeable and comfortable managing women’s issues and aging, and we can explore spirituality and religion if you like. I specialize in working with women, parents, children, and families to bring peace, structure, and fun back to your home. I love helping people heal and change through groups and lead an educational/supportive group for women with PTSD. I’m currently finishing my first book, “Heal Your Heart, Heal Your Child: Release Your Trauma to Become the Mom You Want to Be” to help moms break free from unhealthy generational patterns and fully enjoy their children and being a mom. Feel free to check out my website at healyourhearthealyourchild.com. I’ve had not just professional, but also personal, experience with all of the issues I listed. I’m a mom with ADD with two grown children with ADHD… Been there, done that, I can help you get through it! I am confident you will learn the skills and tools you need to heal from the emotional wounds you’ve suffered so that you can get out of your own way to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself and be the person you know you can be. I look forward to meeting you soon!

I first became interested in working with mental health when I returned home from Afghanistan while in the Army National Guard. I have seen many friends fall victim to substance abuse, depression, and PTSD. I swore that I would work on being in the position to best help veterans and others who go through difficult situations. Being an addictions counselor and Social Worker is very personal to me. It is my passion. Seeing that I already had a bachelor's in Community Health, I made it my goal to become some kind of practitioner. When I learned about Social Work, I was overwhelmed with the idea of getting my Masters and working towards a license. A few years later, I finally received my Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am proud of my license and it took 5 years of hard work to attain. I have now been working in the mental health and addiction field for roughly 10 years. I first got into counseling in the military. After a few years of working in inpatient mental health and substance abuse, I spent some time outpatient. I specialize in addictions but have much experience with people with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have an extra certified credential of being a Certified Trauma Therapy Professional. I also have experience helping people dealing with relationships, careers, and other life issues as well. Also, I have experience working with those who have a criminal background. I try to listen and understand your problems and point of view the best I can. Based on this I work with you to develop a plan to help you make improvements. My main focus is to help you make a positive change. I hope to work around your needs. It's my hope that I can help support you through whatever it is you're going through. Some people just want support, while others want formal therapy. Just let me know what it is you're looking for. Sometimes people just need to talk to someone or need positive encouragement. I am happy to give this as well. I am here to be a positive person in the lives of people that need more positive people.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.

Are you looking for your life to be different somehow, but you aren't sure exactly what that would look like, let alone how to make it happen? I can help you identify your most pressing issues, then help you identify solutions that you believe will work and support you while you start to implement changes. I believe you are the most likely person to be able to identify your best solutions, and perhaps all you need is encouragement and acceptance to get started. I work from a background of existential theory (the idea that our human experiences are shared and we are all looking for meaning, purpose, satisfying relationships, and personal freedom), and I blend cognitive behavioral theory (CBT), motivational interviewing, radical acceptance, and humor (all techniques proven through research to be effective) into my therapy techniques. I aim to be easy to talk to, an excellent and attentive listener, and always supportive. I recommend helpful assignments in between therapy sessions to help you practice new skills and learn hidden aspects about yourself. I help people who have been codependent on their partner to become empowered to love fully and be loved back. I can help you learn specific techniques to lessen the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances. I believe therapy is about helping you look at yourself honestly, building up the things you love about yourself, and helping you improve the things you wish were different.
