Greetings! Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my page. My name is Erika and I am a LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) & ATR (registered Art Therapist) in Illinois. I earned my Master's Degree in Art Therapy & Counseling Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology in 2015.
I believe that there is an innate creativity in each and every one of us. I have worked in various settings such as, a domestic violence safe house, a residential treatment facility, therapeutic day schools, private practice, and with first responders in an EAP, using art therapy and somatic therapy as a way to help clients regulate and express their emotions. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds and those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), trauma, stress management, and grief & loss.
I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is founded on nurturing a compassionately curious and supportive environment, fostering creativity and collaboration, and building the capacity for the full spectrum of expression and resiliency. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing & EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing). I trust in the mind-body-spirit connection and have the utmost regard for the intrinsic ability everyone possesses to grow and create lasting change in our lives. It is truly an honor to have the privilege of witnessing the strength, vulnerability, and courage embedded within each individual's personal journey.

I specialize in working with individuals managing anxiety, stress, and life transitions, and I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote growth and resilience. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
I am Dorian Turner- Licensed clinical social worker and founder of iThriveTherapy PLLC. Providing mental health services since 2013.
I specialize in working with high-achieving women who experience high-functioning anxiety—the kind of anxiety that doesn’t stop you from succeeding, but makes everything feel harder than it should. My clients are often driven, capable, and dependable, yet struggle with chronic overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty resting, and constant pressure to “do more.”
I'm the baby of 4. I believe in the power of compassion and empathy to foster healing and growth. My therapeutic philosophy centers around active listening, compassion, and trust. I strive to create a space where you feel validated, supported, and understood. My approach ensures that you are met with empathy and respect, no matter what challenges you are facing.
You deserve an opportunity to feel supported by having your thoughts and feelings be acknowledged. Throughout the course of life, we may experience mental health challenges that arise unexpectedly. Allow yourself to heal from those challenges and grow towards the future with the support that therapy provides.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am invested in my clients whole self by guiding them into controlling their narrative and becoming their own author. I obtained my MSW at Governors State University in 2019 with a specialization in children and families.

I will meet you with humor, compassion, and respect.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. As a Mexican and Filipino American woman, I bring a culturally informed approach that honors the impact of identity, community, and lived experience on healing.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Mental Health from the Jane Addams College of Social Work, and have worked in a variety of settings, including residential care for addiction, outpatient addiction treatment facilities, and community mental health care.
My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy while focusing on strengths and self-awareness. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking clarity, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
You are valued.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working with women navigating motherhood, mother wounds, generational trauma, and the emotional weight of being the one who holds everything together.
The clients I connect most with are high-functioning, high-achieving women who've been the eldest daughter, the family translator, the project manager — at home, at work, in their relationships. You're capable. You're competent. And you're tired in a way that goes deeper than sleep.
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and steady. We move at a pace that supports actually feeling things, not just describing them, while building tools that make change feel sustainable in your real life.
Feeling like you’re carrying the weight of it all? As women and mothers, we often juggle endless to-do lists, emotional labor, and the invisible “mental load” that keeps everything running yet leaves little room for ourselves. You might be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or guilty for not doing “enough,” even when you’re giving your all. I work with women who are ready to release the constant pressure to manage it all and reconnect with themselves again. Together, we’ll explore what balance, peace, and fulfillment actually look like for you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and more like yourself again.
My therapeutic style is integrative, blending elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma or life transitions. We’ll work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe space.
When we’re able to see things from a different perspective, it helps us find a better solution to the problem. I’m not someone who is going to tell you what to do, but someone who will help you problem solve and find what works best for you. I want to work with you and help you become a better and happier you!
I’m a therapist who believes people deserve a place where they can breathe, slow down, and feel understood. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions with a steady, compassionate approach. My style is calm, warm, and down‑to‑earth—I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure. I deeply value every person I interact with. Everyone is welcome here.
I’m Stef, a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher. My background spans multiple levels of care and a wide range of mental health issues. I became a therapist because I know how overwhelming life can feel, especially when you’re expected to “handle it” all the time. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and real, with a willingness to bring in humor when it’s needed.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build insight, assess readiness for change, and take meaningful action. As a bicultural and bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I am deeply attuned to the cultural, social, and systemic factors that shape an individual’s lived experience. You’re used to being the one others rely on—but lately you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Many women come to therapy feeling anxious, burned out, or stretched thin from juggling work, caregiving, relationships, and the expectations they place on themselves. If you work in a helping profession—like healthcare, education, or therapy—you may be used to supporting everyone else while quietly carrying your own stress, exhaustion, or compassion fatigue. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin finding balance again.
I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is holistic and compassionate, integrating CBT, ACT, mindfulness, breath meditation, and psychoeducation. Together we’ll identify what matters most to you and build practical tools to support your mental and emotional well-being.
I also have additional training in women’s health and compassion fatigue, and I enjoy supporting women who spend their days supporting others. If meaningful to you, we can explore spirituality as part of the healing process. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive—and sometimes includes humor. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.

Hi! I'm Sharonda, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Growing up in Chicago, I regularly witnessed individuals with mental health difficulties, addiction issues, individuals impacted by trauma, and those who were victims of violence. Many of them did not have guidance on how to heal or could not access helpful resources/supports. Because of that, I set my goal to be a valuable resource and advocate for anyone who may need guidance or support through their struggles. I have approximately 10 years of experience working in various mental health settings including; a substance abuse rehabilitation center; outpatient therapy facilities; within the juvenile detention center; with DCFS involved youth; Juvenile Trauma programs; and with Community Violence Intervention programs.

During the first few sessions, we'll dive into the issues you are most concerned about and collaborate on a plan with goals to help get you back on track. Many clients experience small improvements within the first month of therapy and sizable improvements down the road.
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, overthinking, OCD, performance anxiety, and depression. I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in their heads, overwhelmed by pressure, or impacted by past experiences. Hi, I'm Amanda. I have over 15 years' experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University. I provide telehealth services to individuals over the age of 18 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, stress, and work/life concerns. I love helping and empowering individuals develop the skills that increase life satisfaction and wellbeing.
I have found that many people enter therapy not because of a complex mental health issue but because of a general feeling of life not being what they would like it to be. I've been there. Many years ago I embarked on my own personal growth journey and I believe that has made me a more compassionate, empathic therapist.
I am very active in the therapeutic process and give direct feedback and suggestions for implementing lifestyle changes.
I have been a therapist for over 30 years, specializing primarily in depression/anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction/alcoholism. I believe that pain shared is pain lessened and that people can and do recover from issues that have been troubling them for years. I work with individuals and couples. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach.
Think you're ready to start making the changes that you've been thinking about for quite some time? Call me. Let's talk about it. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

How can I help?
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my master's in social work from Loyola University of Chicago. I have been a social worker for 40 years and practicing as a therapist for 10 years. I have experience working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, grief and trauma. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I tailor my treatment to meet my client's specific needs and create a safe and non- judgmental space to support my client's healing journey.
Welcome! I'm Erica. I'm an LCSW, short for Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working in the field for nearly 30 years. I enjoy helping my clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence based care. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for healing.
Hello! Thanks for pausing your search to take a look at my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and clinical mental health counselor educator (EdD). My experience has been trauma-focused with emphasis on the experiences of those who have survived group-focused negative experiences.
Resilience is the hallmark of survivors of interpersonal violence, and through a strength-based focus, we will work together to reinforce your unique, perhaps forgotten, talents and abilities.
I work from a cognitive-behavioral, strength-based model that focuses on identifying personal strengths that can be leveraged into new skills that help to reduce the impact of the stressors in daily living.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Illinois. My mission is to help individuals in their life journey through a mental health lens addressing social-emotional learning, skill building, and communication. I have many years of experience working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental disorders as well as individuals who have struggles with daily challenges. I have experience working in a variety of roles and settings with individuals and families.
I am a social worker with 25 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan — from infants and their caregivers to older adults navigating later‑life challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that our thoughts are powerful drivers of our emotions and behaviors. When we learn to understand and reshape those thoughts, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I help clients harness the power of their thinking to influence how they feel and act in everyday situations. Many people have been taught to “just change their behavior,” and when that doesn’t work, they blame themselves. I guide clients toward a different approach — one that starts with the mind, not with willpower.
In our sessions, I use analogies, real‑life examples, and practical tools that clients can immediately apply. My goal is for every session to end with one new tool for their toolbox, something concrete they can practice between sessions. And while the work is meaningful, I believe it can also be engaging — even fun — as clients begin to see themselves and the world through a new, more empowering lens.
Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck.
I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a serendipitous summer camp experience—40 feet in the air on the high ropes course, I learned that I loved helping people process challenging experiences in creative ways. I love using a lot of different approaches depending on what we are working on. Some of my favorite methods are cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have been doing individual therapy with teens and adults of all ages since 2020. Previously, I worked as a clinical consultant, clinical director, and clinical supervisor in specialized mental health rehabilitation settings. I have been supporting people in creating and meeting their goals since 2012. I have used all of my past work experiences to learn how to work with clients to explore dreams, and strengths, and learn how to make these things their reality. I use eclectic strategies to support people as they sort through their lives and figure out ways to move forward in a new light.
I believe that therapy is a special space that allows a person to sit, process, and problem-solve in a way that can’t always be done in day-to-day.

I'm Marissa, a therapist for women who carry it all. The ones who hold everyone else together while quietly losing themselves underneath it. My work is for the woman who looks fine on the outside and is exhausted on the inside. Together we make space for you to set it down, name what it's costing you, and slowly find your way back to yourself.
