New to Grow
Starting therapy is a big step, especially during times of change or uncertainty. Whether you’re entering new phases of adulthood, exploring identity, or struggling with self-doubt, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with teens and young adults who are often navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or self-worth concerns. In our work together, the focus is on creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to be honest about what you’re going through.
Therapy is a collaborative process. In the first few sessions, my goal is to understand where you're coming from, what brought you to therapy, and some goals you have for yourself so that I can tailor treatment to what fits you best. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and grounded.
At the heart of my work is the relationship we build. I care deeply about creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and safe. I’ll meet you where you’re at, while gently helping you move toward growth at your own pace.
I help support teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or concerns around self-worth. Many of my clients are in periods of change and are looking for support in making sense of where they are and where they want to go. I work with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves, but are open to growth and wanting things to feel different.
Other specialties
I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without feeling overwhelmed or controlled by them. In our work together, we may use mindfulness, values exploration, and practical coping tools to help you respond to challenges in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with the life you want. I tailor this approach to you, your experiences, your values, and your goals, so the strategies we use feel realistic and meaningful in your day-to-day life.
Psychodynamic
I use psychodynamic therapy to help you explore how past experiences, relationships, and deeper patterns may be shaping what you’re feeling and how you show up in your life today. A strong therapeutic relationship is a central part of this work for me, because having a safe, trusting space between us allows you to more openly explore emotions, notice patterns as they show up in the room, and feel supported as you make sense of your experiences.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support you in finding more balance when emotions feel overwhelming or situations feel hard to manage. Together, we work on building concrete skills to help you stay present, handle distress in healthier ways, communicate more effectively, and better understand your emotional responses. The goal is to give you tools you can actually use in the moments you need them most, while also building longer-term stability and confidence in how you cope.
