Hello, my name Patrick and I served in three combat tours: serving our country for nine years as a United States Marine. I decided to serve those that are mentally ill in 2013 after my tour of service. After 5 years of study and schooling I got my start in 2017 in a dual-disorder treatment center conducting Intensive inpatient/outpatient groups and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy as an approach to treating mental health disorders.
Today, I specialize in taking an eclectic approach to using interventions looking at the holistic approaches to the human dynamic. This means looking at a person’s relationships and/or lack, cognitive schemas, their behaviors and habits, their priorities, and then determining how interventions and treatment plans will be formulated. I look at a person’s self-concept and determine holistically how their behaviors, thoughts, and patterns are contributing to their problems and functioning. The skills and tools of a therapist are the personal characteristics they bring into therapy: empathy, active listening these aren’t just attributes that look good on paper but are verbal and non-verbal forms of communication; and its these skills I believe what enables successful outcomes in therapy.

Hello and welcome to therapy. I offer a conversational style of therapy where we explore your concerns and needs from the very beginning. As a licensed psychotherapist with experience in therapy and corporate coaching, I help clients move from overwhelm and burnout to feeling grounded, clear, and capable. Here’s how I can support you:
Are you experiencing life stress, anxiety, and change? If you feel mentally exhausted or overwhelmed, we’ll work together to ease anxiety and help you feel steadier and more in control. I also support neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, using practical, realistic strategies tailored to their needs.
Are you struggling with work stress, burnout, and career transitions? If work feels draining, uncertain, or unsustainable, you don’t have to navigate it alone. With a doctorate in organizational leadership and years of corporate coaching and training experience, I help professionals manage workplace stress, make effective decisions, clarify career goals, and communicate more effectively at work.
Are you needed personal development or life coaching? If you’re repeating the same struggles or feeling uncertain about what comes next, we can find a new way forward. Together, we’ll build healthier habits, navigate challenges more effectively, and help you feel more confident and authentic in your life.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. Clients often say they feel truly heard and leave sessions with clear, useful next steps—not just insight. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on what helps you feel better and function more effectively in daily life.
I offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. You’re welcome to book directly—I look forward to working with you.
You may be the person everyone depends on, yet still find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. Maybe you’re navigating a difficult relationship, grieving a loss, struggling with self-esteem, or carrying emotional burdens that have built up over time.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and also a School Social Worker. I believe healing happens when we take the time to understand the experiences, relationships, and life events that have shaped us. Often, the challenges that bring people to therapy are connected to deeper layers of their story that deserve attention, compassion, and understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop tools to support meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life with confidence and clarity.
Sometimes it feels like the actual apocalypse is just around the corner. We are bombarded with terrible headline after terrible headline. Inflation is making it harder to pay the bills, let alone have fun, or reach our dreams. With so much going on in the world, it’s no wonder that there are greater rates of anxiety and depression! In the midst of it all, you might be trying to figure out who you are, what you want from life, how to have that honest conversation with your friend, setting boundaries with a parent, whether to switch jobs, learning to be more comfortable in your skin, etc. It’s a lot to manage. I can help.

It's important for therapists to be, first and foremost, real human beings in relation to clients. I know how to be a therapist. You know how to be you. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.
Hi, nice to meet you; my name is Helen Roberts. I’ve been a therapist since 2000, graduating from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I have a unique combination of 20-plus years of experience working with Christian Counseling, Trauma Treatment, Attachment Therapy, Sexual Addiction, Betrayal trauma, Couples, Adults, and children. I began seeing clients two years earlier while working as a secondary therapist with families having children at risk of being removed, as well as attachment issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT with children, Attachment therapy, and as a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist and many other modalities. I am board certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I started the Trauma and Recovery Center in Green Bay, WI. I was one the founding members of Peace Makers Ministries and Under His Wings Ministries, working with attachment issues, trauma recovery, and Christian counseling. In 2015, I began training as a Certified Sexual, Addiction Therapist (CSAT), supervised by Dr. Kenneth Adams. I was trained in Betrayal Trauma by Dr. Kevin Skinner. Since that time, I have continued to work with attachment, adoption issues, trauma issues, sexual addiction, pornography addiction, anxiety, depression, and betrayal trauma. These types of therapy mean that I can work with you if you have difficulty connecting with your mom or dad, saw or experienced abandonment or rejection, or were involved with a traumatic (to you) event. I work with children, couples, individuals, and families.
You deserve recovery and healing with a well-trained therapist who specializes in the modalities for your healing. I know you may not know how to fix your situation or relationship right now, but I know how to help. Request an appointment today; let’s start the conversation.
