Emotional health and wellness is inextricably intertwined with our physical health and wellness. As such, mental and emotional health services should be a priority for each of us. Counseling provides an avenue for self reflection and growth that anyone striving to live a fuller and more fulfilled life can benefit from. I offer an integrative approach to counseling and life coaching for a variety of issues including: Anxiety and depression Trauma Marital and Relationship Conflict Adjustment and Change Stress management Grief and loss I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have completed training in multiple evidence based therapeutic modalities.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create an individualized plan for future sessions.
I utilize an integrative approach to mental health and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness based therapy.
I work in a multi-disciplinary practice where we incorporate mental and physical health for overall wellness. This integrative approach has led me toward the use of evidence-based holistic approaches that can help clients achieve optimal health and wellness while addressing common mental health problems.
